I got a birthday cherry pie at work today, since I mentioned that yesterday when asked what my favorite cake was.

Actually got to leave today at 5:50. The rethe group is still at work.
Do I feel guilty? Heck NO!!! All I want is to get out of there.

DD got an email from my nephew that mom is/was back in the hospital and is confused. That happened before with different meds. Haven't heard anything from my brother, so I have to call tomorrow to see WTH is going on.

LilG, it's been very rainy lately and not too hot, so might luck out with the heat, but bring ponchos!!!

PEEJ - A service PONY?!! I sure hope it didn't leave any "gifts". How could you train a pony not to poop while you are eating in Mickey's lovely restaurant. Do you put it in the elevator, and push the button, or did it get to ride a service elevator? Ok, inquiring minds want to know. Speaks to my state of mind... Plus 60 hour work weeks put you behind.

You know (the collective you) what the really bad part is? I have no idea what I am doing at work next week. I have to ask someone what to do. And from hearing from my predecessor, that's the way it is, either really slow or really busy. This is no life for me. After 0+ years of designing my own goals and targets for meeting deadlines. this is not the life for me.

OK, I'll shut up now.

Hope everyone has a great weekend. I might put on some old german CD while cleaning tomorrow. DH got me a combination CD player/radio/record player a couple of years ago, but the record player doesnt have a needle, so I cant play old records.

I saw this on the CB today: Life lessons. I identified with #7 today and sent it to my buddy at work. Cel, I think you need this too.
