um, who's been here all week? NOT ME!! Look at the list - (am I the only one that has to have a list up on the fridge - always - if you want it, need it, or use the last of it - PUT IT ON THE LIST!)

the list had nothing on it! (well it had vitamins, and flaxseed, but come on that wasnt for ds!! )

Moo...The open house...or open mouse as it was called...was very nice. BLT is so beautiful! It was a little boring and they mostly just told us rules. BLT guests can use Contemporary facilities but not vice versa, things like that. At the end they gave us Mickey bars though so that made it worth my while! They also had steak flatbreads from Top of the World lounge but I did not partake in those. Of course right after I leave there's going to be a catered pool party at BLT for Contemporary cast. Figures!

Peej - Thanks for the open mouse report!!! Yay for Mickey bars I thought I had read that we could use the Contemporary facilities. I've never stayed there before, so I figure we'll check them out to see how they compare with BLT's.

Sandy - Sorry to hear about your hubby being laid off But it's cool that you had a good 4th of July holiday! Sorry you didn't have a camera for that Moo'vers sign

Nabbie - Our grocery bill has gone down a bit this summer, I think

For some reason I'm working at 6:30am tomorrow. How did that happen? Before I go to bed I would just like to mention that someone came in with a service pony tonight. No, not a service dog. A SERVICE PONY!!!! An actual pony! In the restaurant! How they even got it up to the 4th floor I really don't know. We moved a table and it just kind of stood there. I think all the kids were more fascinated by the pony tonight rather than Mickey!

Got home from work at 10 pm tonight and then worked for another hour at home after that, but for some reason I am not really tired, even though I woke up early. Except I think I'm starting to feel it now...

Dh got a few things in the freezer now, but the fridge is still very bare. I need a major shopping trip this weekend. Hope I don't have to work. Budget lock-in by quarter is due by noon Monday. After that things should get considerably better....

DS passed his finals in space program today. They were told if they failed today, they would not walk in graduation, even though they aced all other tests But he missed only 6 out of 320, which means he missed getting academic honors by 3 out of 320 questions. And they couldn't study outside the classroom because of classified information. PJ, WHAT UP WITH THAT?????? Anyway, he got to go to graduation, which he didnt really care much about, but still nice. Tomorrow starts Missile training till October, then he goes to Montana.

Marita I think PJ is a Princess - but I think she is due for a promotion!

PJ OMG - a pony! That's so pushing the ADA laws imho! I've seen little snippets on tv about a HORSE that is used for a blind woman! A HORSE - she rides the horse to a GROCERY Store! I'm sure there is a youtube on it! I know the "service dogs" do provide an invaluable service to kids and adults (some for panic attacks, some for autism, etc) but SOME people find a way to circumvent laws and just "pretend" their dogs are service animals - sad that!
