Kisses had her kittens. Seth put a nice box with a towel in the garage for her...she climbed up one the cabinets(being stored) and down into one of them and had them there. Only 3 this time, thank goodness. Two are white and one is grey. :confused3 I didn't think she had it in her. She's all black and her last litter was all black as well. Yay for different colors!

It's 47 degrees outside and Seth is running around in a tank top. lol. He got some new hand-me-downs and he thinks that shirt is very cool.

Welcome back Twinkie! How did Gabe do?

Mony-- I am there but not sure we will be in any of the parks for that day, still working on that end. It would be great to meet you if we could fit it into your schedule.

Mommy p-- Aww I wanted a little black and white kitten but the kids liked the orange one. And no I do not want another kitty beside it would be to hard to get it over the border.

Twinkie-- of course we missed you! Welcome back.

I was out Christmas shopping but bought some Christmas decorations for myself instead. I needed (wanted ) a new Christmas table cloth since my table is now smaller and round.

Still no snow but they say it is coming.....

Howdy Moovers.

To PJ: Thanks for creating my signature. However since the presidential election is now over, the Peyton Manning thing is a little old news. Lucky for you, the IU basketball season has started. Find me something to support the new coach who is starting from scratch. His name is Tom Crean. TIA
Tom was an assistant at WKU about 15 years ago. We had the chance to hire him as head coach, but the idiot powers that were hired the now coach of the worst team in the NCAA. Tom's Dad-in-law is Jack Harbaugh, who won a D1AA national championship for us. That makes Jim Harbaugh(Peyton's predecessor) his brother-in-law.
1. It was a carjacking, I think. VERY SCARY!
2. Give me the address! It sounds cool and I'm always looking for new lunch places. Is this the same neice that has the ice cream place? I was looking for it the other day. We went to eat at Monell's and I know the ice cream place is around there, but I can't ever find it!

Knitfreak is a co worker of Marita's who loves to knit. She met this guy on an internet dating site. Marita recommended this site to Celery and she met the Breadman. She is also known to knit little things at work so they can win contests there. A scraf for a snowman comes to mind, but can't remember what she used.

That was for a contest between the regions at work. we had to make and decorate paper plate snowmen with the materials provided, one of which was yarn. So she used the yarn and two pencils to knit a scarf for her snowman.

WB, Twinkie!

MP, the kittens sound cute!

Here is a link to Moo's new digs at Bay Lake Tower. Interactive view of the rooms. I think the view is gorgeous of what I saw so far.

Everyone,

Hope all your kiddos have warm clothes! You need to dig yours out too. Brrrrrrrr. Be thankful that it's not snowman-making weather yet. I think you can start posting Christmas-related pics any day now that it's snowing!
Alright, I have permission from the thread creator to post Christmas pictures. That means it's officially allowed! I got yelled at by my friend the other day for playing Christmas music in my room after school. She said I have to wait until after Thanksgiving. Should I tell her Moo said Christmas stuff is fine starting now? :scratchin

POOF!

Knitfreak and her man.
See how she is beaming????

She designed the pattern for her sweater and of course made it herself. Plus she sold the pattern to a pattern company.

I will POOF this later.

PLEASE DO NOT QUOTE!
Sorry I missed the knitfreak pics. How will I go on living? Surely I can find a way. Is she planning on knitting a wedding dress?

Did you just say Peyton Manning is getting a little old? Woah never thought I'd hear that from you! I don't take specific requests for signature bling. It has to just come to me. :snooty:

I WANT ANOTHER KITTEN!!!!!!!
Actually, I got Psycho Cat after he was past kitten stage, so I'm entitled to a real kitten, right? Is 2 cats in 1 apartment excessive?

Nothing exciting to report. Got evaluated today. Did really well. I made my friend give me her assistant during the evaluation (actually she kindly offered) to make sure I had someone in the room to keep the kids in order while I taught. I still have no assistant. Don't get me started.

Need to go run a few errands.  Hope everyone had a nice Wednesday. :goodvibes

It is really slippery out there !! Scared the kids and me ,I tell you because we cruised right though a light that just turned red, tried to stop, anti lock brakes didn't stop but came on. Thank goodness everyone stayed put until I was though. Accidents everywhere. :sad2:

Just glad to be home and hubby just got home. Snow tires go on next Tuesday.

P.J.-- glad you did well on your evaluation. So where is our Christmas picture?:confused3

How bout we start the season with a picture of our (my?) favorite grinch to represent all the people dragging their feet at the thought of the beginning of the holiday season. which includes my birthday. just sayin.

I am safe and sound in the house but they are calling for 10cms of snow overnight and I have appointments in the morning to go to.

P.J-- another button type picture is that for Babynurses signature. :lmao: Can't remember , are you a New Year's Eve baby?

Sorry I missed the knitfreak pics. How will I go on living? Surely I can find a way. Is she planning on knitting a wedding dress?

Now this a funny thought! Not so far, we had wedding dress discussions today, so far I she is planning on buying, but wear a knit lacy navy shawl over the white dress. Which sounds kind of odd to me, but whatever.... And knit lacy shawls for her brides maid(s) as a gift.

Maybe I should suggest the knitting of dress.. :rotfl:

BTW, I asked what style we was thinking about, she said she didn't know yet, anything that didn't make her look like a cow... (NOMoo)

Oh boy, I have 9 months of wedding planning to listen to Same stories repeated ad infinitum....:rolleyes1

Congrats on your evaluation!

Hey moovers!

Kiddo was home from school yesterday with a sinus infection. Doing better today.

MIL- not doing well at all really. She was supposed to go into hospital for chemo, but she was not able to do it. Long story. Anyway, it boils down to the fact that she won't be able to tolerate any of the treatments for her condition/s. Basically, we are just going to keep her as well as we can for as long as we can. Fortunately, with her Alzheimer's she really doesn't "know" that she's sick most of the time. So that is a blessing in disquise.

Eldest son starts a new job soon, and is "supposed" to enroll for school this Spring. I'll believe it when I see it!

Hi Steph!

Sorry about your MIL, that is hard.
Good luck with/for your son!

My son comes home next week for 4 days :yay: Then back for xmas for a couple of weeks, and then off to training in California for 6 months, and then heaven know where he will be sent....

Just a quick visit tonight.

Twink - Goog to see you :)

Peej - Nice Grinch!

No offense taken, Marita :rotfl: Yay on your son being home soon!!!!!! :woohoo:

Nabbie - Sorry to hear that Nicholas was naughty again :sad2: Boo on the snow. Glad we haven't gotten more.

Steph - That's sad about your MIL. Sounds like a lot of stress to deal with  Maybe working will be a reality check for your son that will make him glad to go to school :confused3 My daughter took a bit of a break to work and travel before grad school because she was burnt out on school and I think that she matured a lot during that time.

Pumba - Another Disney trip? Woo hooooooooo!!!!! I'd love to stay at FQ sometime. Did you get the stay free 3 nights deal?

we have AP's and if we get an AP rate when it comes out we will be okey......My sil called when I told her to and she got the four/3 deal....she is so excited about going to disney with us.....they went two years ago this coming april and bunked in with us........cause there were no more rooms at FQ..so this time they have their own room and we will have another great time......they are the best type of people to go to disney with....FUN FUN FUN and go go go and lay in the sun sun sun......
Her Birthday is tuesday of our trip so I told her to remember to tell the cm and she has to prove birthdate when we register in .....like birth certificate or her passport........she also wants to eat at Crystal Palace so we will make sure she gets that .....we had fun on her birthday that last visit with them..

my poor Megara has a boo boo under her eye where she fell up the stairs on the back porch coming in this morning after going potty......she bled a little.....she comes and puts her face in my hands so I can see it.......talk about a baby.....she is my baby....

OH FORGOT........GOOD MORNING

I have the map printed on how to get there. We're not going today, but soon hopefully!

Well, XM has their holiday music on already - so I'd say it's officially allowed! I made the kids listen to Christmas music while we cleaned and made purses last weekend. This weekend will be more of the same.

It is really slippery out there !! Scared the kids and me ,I tell you because we cruised right though a light that just turned red, tried to stop, anti lock brakes didn't stop but came on. Thank goodness everyone stayed put until I was though. Accidents everywhere. :sad2:
Ohmygoodness! Be careful, nabbers!

I'm going to Cincy the second week in December and I'm scared there will be snow! ack!

Well I had to shovel for an hour but the sun is out and the roads are now clear thank goodness.

I got my sun dress back from the tailor for our trip. I was to big at the top. Now it feels to tight but it really isn't it has room the lady showed me. Maybe I put on weight in a week.:confused3

Pumba-- :yay: on your up coming trip. Something to look forward to when the snow starts to hit.

Steph-- Sorry to hear about your MIL.

Got to go pick up the kids from school soon. I am praying there will be no notes today. He already is in detention for a week for pushing down a kid in his class. The kids was teasing him and saying he was fat and needed to drink Diet Pepsi. :sad2: I can relate because I have had weight issues my whole life so I feel for him but he can't go fighting people over it either.

Good idea, Nab! Gain weight to fit your dress! ;)

We had SEP's (parent/teacher coferences) last night and my kids are doing "OK". Mr. Riley is the B+ king and Dallen is having huge trouble focusing and staying "on task". His teacher is the 3rd or 4th one in a row that thinks he may be ADDish. Gee, wonder if I should look in to this further with his Dr. :confused3

PJ? Thoughts?

Anyone read Denis Leary's "Why We Suck... A Feel Good Guide To Staying Fat, Loud, Lazy and Stupid"? Just saw this on the Today Show and am wondering if it's THAT controversial.
