I briefly contemplated putting out napkins in preparation for tomorrows herd showing up, but I contained myself.DD wants to do it all on her own, so I will let her.

We shalll see how that all works out....... But she did a get a professional chef jacket from her brother to do in in!

Stuffing is prepared, Honey baked spiral ham is in the Fridge, Groceries are bought. Dishes are cleaned, linens are washed, Bowle is prepared, tree is done, carpets are steamed, bathroom is cleaned (including new sink) (None thanks to DD, btw) I'm sure she must have done something, just cant think what at the moment, LOL. Oh wait, she made chicken noodle soup from scratch, for one........... Just the thing you need when trying to get ready for company! Daddy (DH) is making the turnkey (mom, ie ME, made the stuffing), the ham is from the Honey baked ham store, peopel are bringing things, Im not sure waht she is making, LOL. It will be an interesting day...

All I have have to do tomorrow is attain EliSabeths' goal of smelling nice and wrap a few gifts. (and fret over DD making dinner)

BDG, I looked for your secretarys' picture to gift to you, but it alluded (illuded, elluded?),scratch those, she escaped me.

So just take the thought, it's what counts, right?

It's finally the day DS waits for all year long. He's soooo excited. I'm so glad I still have a little(ish) one.

We're having some friends over tonight and then over to family tomorrow afternoon and then to the neighbors' house tomorrow night. w00t!

DS wants to go see Bedtime Stories sometime tomorrow.

Whew, full on cleaning and straitening frenzy here today. DH just finished steam-cleaning the carpet. My kitchen chairs are sitting outside at the moment, the coffee table is on the couch, as in a chair.The as yet undecorated tree is in the hallway, so I can't make it to the wine cellar (aka my trunk). I cleaned out the office, and when I finally got back to sit down, my internet was down. Hope I didn't kill the connection for good. It's unplugged for a while, hope it comes back. Thank googness I still have my MSN backup!!. Except the phone cord thingy that holds it in place broke off, so if I move wrong, I get disconnected

WHAT?!? I (my house) was fully decorated the day after Thanksgiving. Including festive hand towels and welcome mats.

This sounds like a GREAT dinner you are cleaning for! Really...if nothing else it's quite entertaining! Love your dd to pieces.
