Well, I cleaned up the TP as best I could. It turns out that we were "forked" also and instead of pulling the plastic forkes out of the ground, my hubby decided to just mow over them!

What a mess

I picked up the bigger pieces of plastic that were still sticking in the ground this evening. Earlier this year, somebody forked an entire local football field and the game had to be canceled so the mess could be cleaned up so nobody would be hurt.

There's still practically a whole roll of TP in one of the trees. I'm glad it got stuck or there would have been a bigger mess. Now we just need to take a pole out there to knock it down.

Sandy, I don't really know what it was supposed to be a sign of, but it was thick, expensive TP with hearts embossed on it, the same as last time. Grrrrrr.

Allie - Based on it being the same TP as last time, I'm thinking it was the same kids I sure hope they're done messing around now. I heard a loud car radio for a few minutes after midnight. Guess I should have looked out the window.

Lynette! Sounds like quite the party that Natasha attended! Coldstone Creamery. Mmmmmmmm. I like that place almost as much as Maggie Moo's.

Years ago, we (the choir) forked the Worship Minister's house for his 40th birthday... and added plastic geese.

See, there was a pond in the back of his house and there were always geese in his yard, and all the goose droppings that go with them. So, he was regularly chasing the geese away.

At any rate, it was evening when he returned to his house, so when he saw the "geese," he ran toward the first one thinking that he would kick at it and it would run away. Imagine his horror when he ran up to it to kick at it and actually kicked it. At first, he did not realize that it was a fake goose. It took a couple of seconds to register that fact.

He had a few seconds of horror, followed by relief, and then finally hysterical laughter.

It was a beautiful weekend so I'm ready for the week.

IT IS SOOOOOOOOO COLD.........I had to rush outside and put the trash to the curb........it is Monday trash pick up......so I can see my breathe and it is freezing on my legs.....so I go and look at the outside thermometer and it is 35 out there...I come in and get Megara to go out and get green feet......(hubby mowed the lawn yesterday) and the grass is wet so she comes in with green feet..

Yesterday afternoon I didnt feel that hot....so laid on the couch and watched "Birdcage" ....never had seen it before but laughed my head off....it was funny.....SOOOOO trying to figure out why I didnt feel good and I remembered that I didnt take time to eat lunch. WELL THAT DID IT......got some supper going and felt 100% better....

I cant believe how fast this year has gone .....Mom has been gone now ten months.....I look at her picture every day on my fridge. Almost done upstairs in her apartment.....probably get rid of some stuff next trash day...I cant bring the big containers down ...so will let hubby do it........

Made it here ok, although I almost missed my flight from Orlando. Travelcity said I was leaving with Swiss Air. No such thing in Orlando. I crisscrossed the airport, trying to find out where to go. Finally mde it to United judt in time for boarding. I waved at you, sandy v

First day of Fall Break! I slept in until 9:00. I didn't sleep very well because my DH keeps stealing my pillow at night.

Moo- I am sorry about the TPing and forking. Sounds like a pain in the astarstar. I think here it is sign of respect but limited to athletes. I dunno. At math camp we had different pranks. Most involving breaking and entering. Well more entering than breaking. Lots of sneaking. Also some felonies and my lawyer has advised me not to post about it.

Marita- Glad you are safe in Germany and having a good trip.

AMEN Sister!!!! Well, I had to do laundry because my son said that he had to wear flip flops to church last night because he didn't have any more clean socks. I guess that was a note to me that I hadn't done the laundry, when in actuality, he forgot to bring down all his dirty clothes last week.

Well, he'll have clean socks and pants for work tomorrow.

Sandy - Now I'm gonna have to go check those out. After I remake the bed, otherwise it will be covered in Trixie/Shadow hair.

Ok, I'm back but I've been busy today getting new prescription sunglasses! I also got new glasses-glasses a couple weeks ago! NO, they're not bi-focals, YAY!
