Oh, they had it coming. They received more than enough warnings. We have a field trip coming up in September and you better believe they'll keep their little selves in order or that one will be cancelled too. And I've made them well aware of that fact. All has gone quite well since then, actually. Is bribery frowned upon or something?

Good evening, everyone! I spent 3 hours cleaning Natasha's room and moving her furniture tonight, and now I'm exhausted! I didn't even have time to eat supper. Betcha my back is gonna ache a bit tomorrow too. Natasha's bedroom furniture is solid antique walnut....a full-size bed, two dressers and two night stands....maybe I should've asked DH for help? Duh.

Drive to an emergency room!

DD cut her thumb (right by the ball of her palm), sliced it nicly open. Bleediing profusely, crying and yelling hysterically I mean she was really hysterical!!!
So off we drove to the emergency room, while I can;t see squat in rain and dark (well, almost). But we made it there and back, 3 stitches and $200 later (that was the deductible, she just got insurance again 3 days ago ) She actually drove home.

Marita-- Hope the rain has stopped for you. I can so relate to your DD injury, hope she has a fast recovery.

Mony-- Haven't got to your trip report yet but will soon.... How is Tim doing now, I did read back but I must be getting old because I can't remember what you said happened with the rib x-ray was it an old injury?

Lynette-- on the Bats, I know Twinkie wants us to love them but I too would run.
