Hi Moo....have you watch any of the Olympics? I will have to read up on some Dec TR's

BH - No, I haven't been watching the Olympics other than seeing it a bit while flipping through the channels.

When my hubby is home, he usually watches the TV with headphones on and I read and play on the computer. But there hasn't been much on TV lately that I've wanted to watch anyway.

I do kind of enjoy watching synchronized swimming because a friend of mine was on our non-competitive school team years ago and I went to a couple of her shows - so maybe I'll watch a little of that when it's on.

Anyway, they are still driving and plannng to get a room in like 2 hours.
Frigging phone rang like 5 times. so I was starting to freak again.

Anyway, I think I am good for now the kids are alive!, and going to finish Eclipse and go to bed.
Or maybe not finish it. Why is it the pages seem to grow??????????

Earlier today the USA womans fencing team swept the board...they took First Second an Third the USA men an woman swimmers did good too. Phelps won the Gold 400m

I just had to check and see if the "kids" were o.k., glad they are.

Its great seeing Twinkie's creations. I have yet to get my sewing machine out of its box.

RE: Breaking Dawn....I like it but a lot of the dialog is little ridiculous and a lot of the scenarios very unlikely even in a fantasy book like this one.

morning everyone........if I didnt love that dang dog I would give her up for adoption......but, I too love her.......she is a brat.....she is 65 lbs and thinks she belongs in bed with us...AND SHE DOESNT>......but hubby says ....oh Megara we miss you when you dont come to bed with us......both of them are BRATS....Megara knows how many plates have been used......HONEST I SWEAR....she knows if I use one for the serving and one for hubby and one for me....so taht would make three....she needs to know that they are either non-lickable or lickable......smart cookie.....She really is a good baby...she is 4 now and really mellow compared to our other Dalmatian....Jasmine never calmed down until they put her to sleep.....she had cancer bad and was in pain too...she nibbled hubbies nose as the doctor was helping her to be in no more pain......BUT everyone knows that our furbabies or fishbabies are close to our hearts....

The sun went away.......did someone see it.....some of the roads are being reopened except the one that is completely gone....big section of that road is gone.......that one is near LL Beans.....so we wont go there this week.

just got an update on Baby Brielle......she has spinal meningitis......how can a newborn be so ill....they did a transfusion last night and her platelets have already doubled.....she is in ICU Nic U now......please keep her in your prayers

Yes you know the antique mall busines well....lol ....Besides I couldnt get the Olympics to play on the Mall's Computer.

The computer is really just for email and ebay at the mall its an old windows 95 an slow even though we have Insight Broadband.

DD just called. They stopped for the night at 2am and spent the night at a Holiday Inn. back on the road at 9:30 this morning. They are somewhere near New Orleans now. So another 600 or 700 miles to go........

MommyP, how many diapers does one kid need, LOL! OK, don't answer that

Well, I'm trying to make a bunch of fitted diapers that don't need pins or anything, you just Velcro them on like a regular diaper, that way Chad can change the baby without excuse and also for when we go out. It's hard to pin a diaper on a squirming baby on a car seat that is way too small for his long body and not flat so he falls into it.

Ok so she is going to be a tomboy.....Besides I didnt think it mattered when they are 5 or 6 months all that much

I was thinking, (again?), that since no real life people want to hear me talk about Disney anymore, about starting a thread just about tips for those of us that drive to Disneyworld.
Crap, out of 13 trips down there, 10 of them were by car, I have learned a LOT since my fledgling trips. For us, NW of Chicago, it's a 2600 mile round tripper, and you either learn to do it right, or you quit doint it at all. Whatcha all tink? Dumb idea that no one will read?

If so, no problems. I will go quietly into that good night.
