So the pressure in your eyes has to do with glaucome, not cataracts? I'm still freeking over the whole thing.

My new phantom vision is holding up pretty well, I can now see without glasses and not with them, with glasses it's all blurry, which is really weird! Scary even! Like what if tomorrow I cant see with either???

Marita......please I was the biggest scardy cat around......and I honestly can say that I would do it again if I had to......no fear Marie...hahaha.....The pressure was also from the surgery.......people with eye surgery tend to have their pressure go up over night and then a few days later go back to normal....Mine didnt........I have had glaucoma for over 13 or so years.......it is okey......today the pressure, because of the new drops he gave me on Monday it is back to a normal pressure..

Marita you should call your opthamologist and get his opinion.......My phantom site came and went in three months......then I needed the glasses again for close up work.....

We're only expected to get up around 90 tomorrow. I think it was 91 here today and somewhat humid, but I put the top down on my car on the way home and it wasn't bad at all!

The more I think about it, the more it freaks me out, about Ds getting hurt in the combat fights tomorrow! That would really suck big time if he missed the graduation. Not t ention pain and suffering in a hospital!

I never would have thought that it would get as bad as landing people in the hospital!!!!!!!!!

I tell you what, I thought joining the military with a 4 year degree would be a breeze, they want people, right? There is a war out her after all!
This has been a real fight all the way, with tests, interviews, letters of recommendations, tons of physicals, essays, tests out the gazoo, and now combat fighting where people actually get HURT!!!!!!!!!!

I guess I can say this much, they don't just take anyone!

If DS gets hurt tomorrow I will really be ticked off!

I am sure your DS will do well. The do monitor those events very closely. The idea is to train them not hurt them, so I am really sure he will be fine.

Morning was awoken to the sweet sound of my daughters new vocabulary. Mama! Mama!

The day care will just be "held" on the main floor, we brough up some things and it'll just have to do.

I'd rather close until furthure notice, but that wouldn't be very professional and we can't live without the income.

DH's medical bills are coming in

I'm so thankful its Friday.

I have a lot to do this weekend with trying to get the basement in order, this is a good way to really clean things out, organize and thin out. All before garbage night. That's the key.


Plus I have a huge dilema of what to do.

Do I put carpet back down there? Do I do tile?

I have the little kids to think about.

If I do tile, I can find some of those huge sponge interlocking flat blocks that look like flooring for some cushion.

If I do carpet, I set myself up for this again.


I think I'm leaning toward tile.

Any suggestions for flooring over concrete that's used for a daycare?

It has been really warm and humid here for the last too days. Good thing we are off to the water park again.

Marita-- Sending prayers and pixie dust for your son today. He is so close to graduation now.

Mony-- wouldn't tile be cold on the feet in the winter? The sponge mats are a great idea will you do your whole basement in them.... It would surely look like a daycare then.

Pumba-- glad your eyes are getting better by the day. Ekk about the snake. I saw a small snake at the campsite last weekend and freaked out. Hubby just used a stick and flung it back into the field behind us. Told him he should have killed it because it will come back and haunt me....

Last year when we were in Disney, we were close to Japan Pavillion and hubby saw this black slithering thing.......well then I saw it.....It looked like a snake, slithered like a snake so in my book ..IT WAS A SNAKE.....then a man said....oh thats a legless lizard........I said WHATTTTTTTTT........but it looked like a snake still to me.......we were very careful not to walk near the bushes without looking down....

Last Sept, I saw a large black snake in the Garden area were the Beatles stage is in UK area...it wasnt bothering anyone and people were all around it pointing at it ...an it was probably just as scared as they were...he was out just sunning helmself Im sure.

Tile plus a few rugs - an alphabet one and a street one - so it's rug AND play area!
I think sam's has them for cheap sometimes.

Welllll, maybe because you are NEVER around is why they tend to forget you!!!
