Lynt and WT vacation weather report update: Rainy early morning, then overcast (not too hot), then rain starting about 3 till 6:30. Supposed to get less rainy the rest of the week.
Nothing exciting to report on my end today.

had an extra dump and run this morning......she called on the way to dropping off her mom ( her dad brought her) and I said okey...so two rug rats and then two grandkids and dil...we went first to a restaurant (cause it ws planned) for a chinese buffet.....kids all four of them were so good...and polite.....then we went to the pet store and got Owen his crown fin beta that he has wanted ...and then Jacob got one for himself and for his mothers vase at work and then we decided to get one for Megan too......so fish up the ying yang......these crown fins are just beautiful.....I have had Spike for almost a year......he is just gorgeous and his spikes are so beautiful.. He gets all excited when he sees me....
Then we came home and the kiddos all went for a dip in the blow up intex blow up pool......
Kids are gone and hubby and I had supper and then we went for a little dip in the blow up pool.......it was like bath water.........the heater he made really works good......it is solar heater....

SO now I am sitting here in my housecoat and debating on what I want for a snack tonight....chips and dip or a home made hot fudge ice cream ......decisions decisions.

Tomorrow go for another check up for my eyes.......my glaucoma pressure was very high and he said it was probably because of the steroid...so fingers crossed my friends....

Just got back from a baseball game. Good news is we won bad news Nicholas was playing back catch and got hit in the hand with the bat. Knocked the glove right off. His three fingers are swollen but he can move them so we don't think they are broken.

I tell you he is having a bad run lately. His other bruises are not healed yet.

Spent the last two days a water park so I am tired and a little burnt. We had a huge thunder storm this morning, not a pleasent thing in a trailer I tell you. I kept thinking the big trees around us would get hit by lightening and flatten us. But the day turned out to be sunny and hot after it went though.

Marita - Loved the jib jab Hope our vacationers aren't getting rained on too badly.

We are under a severe t-storm watch this evening. Possible hail and strong winds are forecast for parts of Michigan again. I sure hope it bypasses us this time.

Allie - Glad your DD had a nice birthday. We haven't dealt with a broken spring in the garage door (knock on wood) for several years. At least we can pull the release and get the door up and down by hand if the power goes out. My problem is that I'm not strong or tall enough to reconnect it when the power returns.

P.J.-- glad you found somewhere to live while teaching in Kentucky. When does school start in that area?

My first day is July 28. Then my kids come August 12. Early, I know. But I know that school got out really early, too. Ho hum.

Well, I met Lynette & Co. this morning!!! She was just as snark-tastic, witty, fun, charming, and nice in person. Seriously though, we went to Ohana for breakfast and then I joined the snarkbRitches at Magic Kingdom before I had to go to work and we had a great time. They leave Friday but hopefully I can see them again before that!

I start the new job today. I train for a half day then off to the beach. I start full time next Tuesday when we get back.

Well if you're at the beach perhaps there's a no internet situation, but if there is, you have to tell us all about the new job. How did it go? Do you like it so far????

Tomorrow is my last night at Chef Mickey's. I could cry. No, really. There are a couple of people down here I am really going to miss. My mom, aunt, sister, and cousin also arrive tomorrow. They are here to do the Disney thing, but also to tour colleges since both my sister and cousin will be seniors next year. After the college tours, we're going to the beach for a few days before we drive home. SO, I might be sparse around here over the next few days.
