Allie- Athens to Montgomery and back or should I say bAACCKK! The longest I ever took kids on was 60 miles to Paducah.
That would be purcisely how I say it down here.

My family is always making fun of my accent.

Don't they realize I'm the only one talkin' normal.

It was a Loooonnnngggg trip, but it was fun.
Allie-- That is pretty early school trip. Hopefully they will all be sleeping on the way back.
Unfortunately, there was NO sleeping that happened on the way back. I was ready to get home though. We made it safely, and that is what counts. Although, our bus driver was yawning a lot and driving below the speed limit on the last leg of the trip. My daughter's teacher asked if I wanted to help drive, then she remembered about the goose incident, and she took back her offer.
Goosegirl- phone home! are you being held hostage on the field trip?
Hope I didn't worry you. Wasn't held hostage, just been crazy busy, and no DIS time.
But, Allie, if they talked, you could hear what they were saying! That's why the kids in the SAME BACKSEAT

text each other so that the parental unit doesn't know what they're "saying" to each other.

ZZZactly why they don't need to be a textin' in the first place.
I'll be back with more replies later. I want to properly thank everyone for my birthday wishes.

Funny thing, I posted replies on the Peeps board, and when I hit Preview, it sent me to that other DISbashing website.

Now it's fixed. Hope there isn't a gremlin in my 'puter.
