move the letters, find the word that goes with those tiles....

I've been having computer probelms...

I try and use DH's mac, but go figure, he needs it for work!!! :rotfl2:

Wendy - have you seen my latest installment on the TR??!!

but dont forget to scroll down for the answer!! (Dis friendly - honest!!)

Thanks to everyone who wished me good luck today. :goodvibes I had to laugh at your post NAB....when does school ever go smoothly? Pretty much never!! I had one little guy who was realllly really acting up in one of my lessons and I gave him "the look" and he immediately stopped. Afterwards my professor said, "well, I guess you've mastered the teacher look!" :rotfl2: Anyway, it went really well. I got a 7. Out of 7. The professor said this is only the second 7 she's given since August. I got 6's on both my last ones, and as a perfectionist that was bothering me. Not to brag or anything....

A hug smiley for Cel and everyone else can choose whatever smiley they want.
 :woohoo: :dance3: :happytv: :cool1: :lovestruc :wizard: :sad2:

Gotta run to class, have a great night y'all!

Wow PJ!!! Great job! I (and I'm sure the rest of the thread) is/are very proud of you!!!!

the smilies aren't loading for me, so insert the teacher plus hug smilie here!!!!

MOOO HOOTY to PJ for the PERFECT 7! No smilies for me either, so imagine the 1+2=3 here!

Cel, thanks for the update! When do you think you will get internet at home?

More work for me tonight here, frigging forecast AGAIN!!!!!!1

marita - I don't know. The phone line to the trailer was cut by lumberjacks a few years ago.
heh.
sounds like a country song.
I'm not sure how much it's going to cost to have it reinstalled.
and, much like you, I've been bum laying too much to actually deal with it.
in other news, I actually worked on my budget today.
yeah.
not pretty.
but that's ok.
right?
right.
I need me a sugar daddy.
ohhhhh WT!!!! ;)

I think we all need us a sugar daddy, Cel, LOL! Or at least money donations!!!

Marita - you have no room to talk!
You don't cook, you don't go to the grocery!
You DO have a sugar daddy.

and bread man says he'll donate a nickel to the cause.
such a big spender.
:worship:

PJ: Yay for you!:cheer2: and a dancing banana  and some popcorn, but don't choke.popcorn::

I think Anna Nicole married for love, don't you? I don't think it had anything to do with his money.

I dont have a trip planned, and I dont want to know how close the wedding is!! I found a song thread for Mother/Son Dance - *sniff, its going to be hard!! Altho, honestly, the boy hasnt really lived here in over a year!! (he went to college thru the summer, and now he and fdil bought a condo) the one that made me sniff "Beautiful Boy" John Lennon - its in the really *sniff Movie "Mr. Holland's Opus" He learns to sign that song to his son.. dh and I both get emotional!
Sandy, I read that thread too! That song is definitely a tear-jerker!

All this talk of retirement reminds me that my mom is retiring on Thursday. She will be 70 in June. She is soooooo ready. She is just so tired. She works 10 hour days M,T,TH & F, just so she can have Wed. off.

Note to self: Need to get a retirement card in the mail.
Congrats to your mom, Allie! My FIL finally retired this past year. He is turning 80 in June :scared: Hope your mom is going to do some things she enjoys. I fully intend to work for a while at something lower stress (if I can find something where I can work afternoons or from home).

Nevermind.
ACK!!! Somebody please PM me about what I missed today! I was too dang busy to read much at work.

Melinda, hope things went OK for you today

CONGRATS, PJ!!! :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay:

Cel! Goog to hear a bit more from you :)

We have a horrible wind blowing tonight too. Plus rain. My ride home was a bit challenging.

I'm off to read Sandy's TR. And to :laundy: Wendy, I'm gonna start up a new game with you, if you're interested.

Crud, I missed it too! RE wind and hit play!

I've been hitting Scrabulous refresh every few hours and freak when It's still not my turn.

Have you seen the Florida Residents WDW ticket deal? A 4 Day Play Pass for $125.00???????????????? That is INSANE. Why THIS year when we don't have any money? :guilty:

All this after Chad said that if he had a few months of steady income he'd like to take me up to WDW for the day. But I cannot see paying $70.00 a ticket for one day. It's stupid expensive. I hope they have that deal again after he ges a job.

Twinkie - Isaac normally hangs out in his jammies too. If the weather is warmer than he wears pants and a short sleeved shirt. And the weather is warmer 6 out of 7 days of the week. :headache:

Wendy, since Sandy's having computer problems, I started up a game with you. It's your turn [nudge!] Don't worry, the Scrabble gods haven't been smiling on me lately ;)

Good game, Mony!!! Want another go?

Must be warmer down south. It was still 60's here today. I wore a sweater and a lined jacket.

BUT, it is supposed to go back to the mid-70's tomorrow :worship:

DS stopped by tonight, he is getting his dental fixings done, but his physical got moved up to before Feb 11 or something (not quite sure). Hubby told him to get a statement from the dentist to say he had his exrays, etc, and scheduled for cavities, so he doesnt have to reschedule physical again.
He was not happy that he was being told that he was "Age Critical" :scared1:

DD called to say she will grace us with her presence tomorrow and Thursday :sad2:

Hey, finished my PDP today (Personal Development Plan), by which we supposedly get judged for a raise (bunch of bunk, you get judged on how well you do your job). Anyway, on my plan is to give a talk on Disney Heritage and Traditions to the regional Finance team (ie: how things used to be), and maybe one on Diversity (Germany). I might use an old video for that if I do it.

Lexi, I hope today went ok for you

MP, that IS a great deal!!! Hope things work out so you can take a little trip during that deal.

Marita, I always attribute Monday tiredness on having trouble getting to sleep after staying up late for two nights over the weekend!

Glad things are finally moving along for your DS.
