our kids healthy...& the school..is only on a 2 hr. delay... .

..ok, while we had an excellent vacation...we still didn't ran into divine?

..it's almost becoming..our tradition..to plan on seeing her,
and then forgetting all about her...though, our boys seem to always
find her [ oh, they're too ..to hang with their parents...all day.

..oh, backiestage? ..maybe you should get a pet? i've heard ground hogs
are pretty darn cute! .


be happy..,so sorry, lecturing/and taaliking too much...[its from hanging
around..wt..too much]...but, wow! ...its so easy, for improving
one's life..cos....thats where i begun. * while i had almost ..no wisdom
@ 18..i had dreams, and the desire..to live...a happy life. that's it!
[ & actually some major obstacles]...so plez forgive..me...but i've
been pinching myself..ever since..meeting my lil'miss cutie.

reminder...nobody..needs..to be happy every sec. of every day to live
a happy life...ps, i used..all my "feelings". beleive it or not...some days..
i wake up feeling like a stinker.... . what to do?..just stand
beside..those being more of a stinker? zeee?..i cope alot.


what's a "high"..for me..is when some of my co-workers [rn]..asked
me help their children/adults..with their problems...to me that, alot
trust.

..doing disney....i'm not very good..terrible. thanks goodness..for my
lil'miss...directions. wanta, hear ..something funny? well, everyone
in my car..were.. bustin a gut..except me. i got lost &
ended @ the welcome gate..so since we were there..i told my lil'miss
what not stop & take a few pics?....it was night.... crystal clear...
until the sprinklers..came on.

...99, all year, i was against..this up & coming cruise. horrors of
horrors...she was adding her family... . dcl cruises,
are unique...as those taking them. even without planning, we
had a great time. for all of us.

even if things..are not prefect..or problems arise, we just went with
it...and that's lead..to bigger/better things ..we would've never
thought of!

ours '99...had all our intentions..of being, an one time deal...we have
done 5. all have been different...and a delights..for all kinds of reasons,
even problems... . we are doing the august p.c. . psst,
in our last 2, we been exploring...the adult getaway...in greater details.
and i don't care what most "claims'...our families..are a major part
of our value system..so watching others..reminding us how neat..it
is to share..& do good things. these are the times..our life!

ps, the hot dogs are great! ..pluto's'...up front..i dragged a seat..
right bwside the air condtioner's blowers....he,he, i ..discovering
secret stuff! as for rooms...we think the inside are the best..not only
for bargins..but for sleeping/dark!

It's so cold, they cancelled school.

I made a deal with the boys. I made a chore chart.

They do all the chores, they get paid on Friday. In 40 some weeks, we'll be in WDW. They can make some serious spending money.

So far, the dishwasher has been emptied, two loads of laundry put away, cleaned their rooms, made their beds, garbage all emptied. IF this keeps up, I'll beable to keep up. IF being the key word.

I think I'll make them each a jar for their earnings, so it's an incentive to earn more and not spend it. I'd give them the money at WDW anyways, I just want them to appreciate getting the money and not just expect it.

I was just thinking about games I used to play as a child (not sure why) and I was looking back fondly on "Guess Who." You know, the one where you would say "who am I?" and then say a few other things and the person would have to guess. I was always really goog at that one, wonder if I still would be.

Hope you're feeling bettter. Did you ever play the game where you and another person had a bunch of faces in front of you and you had to guess which one they picked by asking "Is it a male? do they have glasses? are they wearing a hat? etc?" It was fun! Me and my sister played it al lthe time.

When I got home yesterday afternoon, my roomie was using it. I don't have my router working yet, so only one of us can be online at a time.

for supper........I just finished sauteeing green peppers and onions with some red hot pepper flakes and cumin seeds too......then put in a lb of burger and slowly cooking some italian sausges .......I will let them all meet in a bit and then throw in a can of tomatoes....slowly simmer the combination of stuff and then WHAMOOOOOOOOOo......I will eat it....wonder if I can taste it......my taste buds are always the first to go in a cold........

That sounds so yummy! and it's all stuff I can eat!

I got this idea in tonight (again)to take the kids on a cruise before they fly the coop for good. Has to be Disney cruise for the discount. What's a good itinerary?

2. I think if you're staying on property, it's a waste of money cuz you've got Magical express and the buses are so reliable (at least at Pop they always have been).
I'll probably drive on my next trip because the cost of a plane ticket AND a rental is just crazy. And there's no way to stay at bonnet creek without a car.

IF this keeps up, I'll beable to keep up. IF being the key word.

long day here in Maine....first took care of our two youngest grandkids so they could do some major moving stuff to the storage unit and throwing stuff to the dump.....they are preparing to put their house on the market......so had 3 year old gs and 1 year old gd.......can I say POOPED>......then college granddaughter came over and messed around with them for a while....then those kids left and we went to birthday Wii party....didnt play the wii but we had plenty of fun...so we ate and enjoyed the company and then one of the relatives that came ...came in and announced that her car had a major dent in the door...some one hit it and then left.....so the MEN of the party figured out it had to be the guy next door......and he came in his driveway and backed out and went in again......cop came and said nope not his denting machine.......then the girl (who has a 500 deducatable ) goes out to leave AGAIN and comes in and says.....three teenagers said that the green van did it.....same house different floor but same family...yippee so the cops are called again and they come back and found the right vehicle......I am so glad that the girl didnt have to pay the first five hundred bucks to have her car fixed.....it was a major dent ...both side doors...Some times teens are giving a bad rap...but these three stuck around and told the police officier that they saw the green van do it and then go back into her yard...

anyhow.....I have a cold in my head.......I cant take medications cause of my medications that I take......I have high BP and also have diabetes...and gluacoma....so not a heck of alot I can take......asked the doctor last time I had my visit and he said nothing....just ride it out.......

two years ago I had the flu for a whole week and was sicker then a dog...well if dogs get sick.....so I managed to lose the ten pounds that time.......I think that is the only way I can lose is to be sick again...I try so hard to lose and I do my daily exercises.......nope not a darn pound.....

hope those who are sick .feel better.....those who have relatives hurting or sick ..feel better and I am sorry that Chad didnt get his position......but something else is around the corner for him......hold on tight.

Our paper was all about the CRUISE!! Guess it was meant to be!! (not for me, I'd get too sea sick!!) really, I was in Jamaica with dh on a ship glass bottom boat, I finally said I have to get off this boat, and the capn thought I was kidding, but he said sure I could jump and swim to shore - so I did!! DH said the look on everyone's face was priceless, horror, shock -- but he said not to worry, I was a long distant swimmer (hey, it was less than a mile away!!) Jet skis are ok, boats, ships, no thank you!!

Melinda post on the Transportation board, they are always finding great deals!! stacking codes etc!! some use the entertainment book, some use the Sam's club/costco/walmart code - and some use the Hess gas station near MK - they pick you up from your resort and then you rent - same for some of the DTD hotels that have a car rental on property, Swan has one also I think...

Me? I'm spending it on a new living room furniture set!! I hate the stuff I have, and I'm helping fdil, she is so sweet she says she's going to buy me a new couch - I told her I could afford it if I would stop going to disney!! lol

and I seriously have to stay off the main CB board!! First I do get a kick out of some of the advice questions, yet, I get pulled in all the same!!

Spent the morning on the phone with my sister......she would say .....oh look at this property(she has to be out of her house for closing on April 11) so she is busy looking for a ranch in her town......of course there are a few and everytime they would make an appointment to see it .....it would be already a hold on it..so we looked at some out of her town and then we break down the pros and cons of each one.......we have fun......one day we were on the phone and computer at the same time for over 2 hours.....and my phone started to beep at me.....so had to go and get the other phone and hang up the dead one.......we have fun......she is my Irish Twin...we are both the same age for 11 days....hahaha.....

No, really, it's not yucky or uncomfortable! It totally clears your nose! After, you simply blow your nose and you'll be free breathing. You wont feel like you've inhaled under water or anything.
Everyone has the reaction you did, until they try it. It's perfect especially for folks who can't take decongestants. There's a kit at Walgreens for $9.

I was really proud of myself. It was a two mile race, and I wanted to actually run all of it. I wasn't able to, but ran the majority of it. I finished in 23:25. I wasn't last in the race or my age group, so that is a success in my book. It was a lot of fun and the weather was beautiful. I was actually able to run in shorts. I ran with my friend from church and her seven year old son. Well, they blew me away. He finished SIX minutes before me, and about 10 seconds in front of his mom!

Haven't had a chance to read back, but I've skimmed (sorry that's all I got time for now) Saw pretty baby pics of Isaac, and the new house. Sorry that Chad didn't make it into the sheriff's program.

Saw that Wendy is back, and Jordan was having Jesus over for a party. Welcome back Wendy Lou! Last minute trips are the best!

I'll try to check back in, but things are just busy, busy, busy!

Jesus was probably proud of my son this weekend. I came home and his homework was on the table. Evidently he did homework instead of any shinanigans. He did his laundry and dishes without flooding the house or blowing anything up. My work here is nearly done. Time to cut the apron strings pretty soon.

I love that you run! I'm a little jealous as my bladder would not let me run after 4 babies took turns using it as a trampoline. I need that special mommy surgery to fix that

Pumba- Ya, I know it looks sooooo gross, but it totally isn't. I also use a breathe right strip at night. Works better than any meds you can take.

Melinda we rented a car last trip. We used it because it was there. There were a few times I insisted using the buses, cause that's half the fun.

I am not renting one this trip. Why?

1. I hate parking 1 & 1/2 miles from Magic Kingdom and still having to use the monorail to get to the park.

2. I hate having to park 1 & 1/2 miles from MGM and ANimal Kingdom, then packing everything up to get on a tram to get to the park.

3. I hated having to spend over 200.00 on a car.

The pluses: Was at night when leaving a park we could just leave and not fight the lines for the buses.

And if we had an ADR at Kona's for breakfast, the car came in handy.

Dubya's amount to us looks really nice!


SANDY: I am the worst when it comes to motion sickness. BUT, I only had issues with that on cruises the first night. Those stabelizers are amazing on those ships. I've been on 5 cruises.

Hey, Melinda! I know....this weekend messed up my whole chi, KWIM? Your Sunday sounded much more fun than mine.

I was going to get that same book (The Other Boleyn Girl) on Thursday, but I ended up spending my $$ on kids' books instead. I wouldn't mind a review on it, once you're done.

Boris is in the midst of the Droon series at the moment, so he hasn't started The Spiderwick Chronicles...but they're on his list of books he wants to read next.
