Celery-- I require nothing fancy. I told hubby that too. We are spending enough in a few weeks with the kitchen.

Of course I got a lot of Easter candy this weekend. We did go out for dinner at a nice place as a family what more could you ask for.

The kids made me cards and posters and Hannah regifted one of her teddy bears too me. It was actually pretty cute she had it wrapped up in a way she could only do. And she has been hugging me all day and saying Happy Birthday.

Love all the Cakes too, didn't make one this year but my mom sent home half the cheesecake home with me so that will do. And the restaurant had a piece of cake with a candle in it. At least I didn't have to make it.....

UMA-- thanks for the U.S M&M's yum. I saw your picture on the sewing thread. You have no snow at all. I am jealous.

she's currently freaking cuz she knows I won't be able to give her eclipse until friday.

Cel....Glad you got to Billings OK. How many 25th Streets can one town have? Were you going in circles? And YES, the are officially working when you leave your house to go somewhere. I mean...you can leave for work or you can leave from home...you're still working already. See? I read the Twilight books on the weekends....three hungry weekends for my kids. Have you seen the pictures from the movie set? Yummm...Edward.

Twink....The cable downgrade would save us $37/month and lots of headaches. I hate that stupid Cartoon Network. It's evile. I've warned DS it's going off! Of course he still has the PS2 but he won't sit there all day like he does with the TV.

NAB....Glad it was a happy day! So cute that Hannah regifted the Teddy! That's true love! Hey, Wendy gave me DVC too. Looks like we'll be neighbors.

lex -yes, I've seen the photos. I need to look again. Lisa told me there were more.

she says I'm in trouble.
Cuz I told her sometimes I think Jacob would be better for Bella - and she said "I would NEVER betray Edward like that."
Then she asked me how long it took to make a movie and I said "I dunno. They made HSM2 in three months."
She's mad because there is NO comparison between HSM and Twilight. Hehehe.
We keep laughing about how we're nerds.
She lost two pounds over the weekend because she couldn't eat because the books had her all torn up.

...well, you're close.....did i ever mentioned...we had 3 in a row...
my older brother, the next day & then my sister?..the crazy one.


...birthdays..isn't something..on the things to do & not for the reason
one might suspect...., i missed my sweetie- . funny, all day
long..i was....going out of my way..to make her special...but i plum
forgot..."it" was her birthday....her reactions..were predictable...

...right after she got home...& just told her how cute her "diet was
working"...she said.."i'm calling the lawyer tomorrow", ..now,
over the years..i know, when she does such things..there's a reason.
dogggone it..darn if i could think.... ....what could i do? ...honey,
if you didn't look so younger..all the time...i might be able to pick
up..a sige or 2. soooooooooo you see....i'm not looking forward..to
her "pay ~back". * however, that's what our next cruise about.."her
birthday!"...

in all fairness.,...jordan broke her braces...and work...been crazy,
...but i picked up 2 of her favorites..mags...and went way out of my
way..to do stuff for..her. you thunk thated count?

..in between remodeling..and stil fixing the basement...hey!? didyou
see..1/10..ohioians....on food stamps? where's mine?

...what's amazing....i just realized..wt missing his tags?

oh, wt.?..osu..had the 5th rank recruiting..class..before getting the #1
qb.../ player...in the country... . lst year..they were not a
top 10..team..& stil made it to the finals? ps, i lost alot of inteterest..
in the college game..after the fla/osu..my god, that was just way
over the top....the cheating/gambling.

* while the lsu/osu..was less....there was the "endzone call"...* look
at where the osu player "was"...in the air...& in the end zone. while the
lsu..defensive back..made a great leap...& play...once the receiver
"caught" the ball over..it was a td! that means...there would never been
a block punt. funny, that's what the osu..coach.specialized ..in...special
teams..& that where's all the big plays..occurred...& now,
osu..is already..#2,& getting the best recruiting class...in the country.

Actually I have a pretty good life and wouldn't give it up for the world. I really don't feel old, isn't that what the saying is your as old as you feel.

Been quiet here lately....we have been missing a few people.

Real life must be keeping them busy. Hope that is what it is anyway.

We are getting some wicked sloppy weather outside. The roads are quite slushy. Was snowing and I think it is turning to rain.

I had to go out and clean off the satellite dish off. I was freaking that I wouldn't be able to watch all my shows tonight.

Nab our direct tv is on the top of a three story apartment bld.....hubby put it up there and we cant take off the ice when it is bad out

maybe when we sell this place and get a small ranch we can get to the dish EASY......hahaha......they said a mess tonight into tomorrow.......right now it is COLD out.....

Our doggie went to the vet and it cost us an arm and a leg.......but she is worth it......we got some prescription food for her cause she is a chunky monkey....she had some tests and then her heartworm meds for 9 months.....like I said it cost an arm and a leg......

It was cold here too today. High of 68. Which is freezing to me.
Then again I get sick from the heat when it gets past 90 if I stay out too long.I guess I am an A/C addict.

I have been out three times cleaning off that darn dish. I can barely reach it with the broom. The neighbours probably think I am nuts....

I would have sent hubby but he isn't coming home until late. I wish he was home tonight. The kids have been getting on my last nerve tonight too. Time to rehide the Easter candy.

All this stuff outside is going to make it pretty messy for the morning. Maybe it will be a snow day again tomorrow. Because if this stuff freezing....

Nabbie, yikes about having to wipe snow off with a broom! Definitely men's work!

I think I might take Friday off. My work motivation is in the cellar. And next week is another forecast week
Plus, I might work from home tomorrow. Knitfreak and Asst #2 have to cross-u tomorrow (filling shifts in the parks for peak season) If you meet someone who is totally clueless during peak periods, chances are they are some backstage person helping out for a day. I better ask the boss first though.
I am no longer signing up for those shifts (no extra pay, just pressure from management) but you might get an exlusive pin (WOO HOOO!). I figured I did my duty in the last 35 years. Folding napkins at Cinderalla's Royal Table was my last official cross-u if I can help it.
