Has anyone been able to add an extra ticket after advanced reservations? I have 4 tickets and need a 5th ticket for my 5 yo daughter. I made a resort reservation, and even though 4/28 is not sold out, I was not able to get an extra ticket. Help!

If your reservation was made after 1/6, you are limited to a max of 4.

Try going to concierge at lobby day of event and then again at 5:30pm. No guarantee, but worked for AK event for some.

Unfortunately you can’t get more than 4 unless the reservation had 5 the day the registration opened, and that those guests were there at least 48 hours prior.

yep, had a friend get caught up in this. She didn’t know she had to add several days prior to registration Opening for the event. she tried calling, but no luck. She and her daughter went and husband had to stay behind. She was a party of 2, then 3 when husband was added. The event sold out, so she couldn’t Get him a ticket. She even asked when she picked up her bands the evening of the event.

Thanks for the info. It’s not what I wanted to hear but I understand.
