Monthly Dues

Hi everyone. I have a question regarding dues. I typically pay my dues all at one time but this year I noticed that I can set up auto pay and select monthly payments. How exactly does that work? Does the system just break down my dues into 12 monthly payments??? Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Pretty much as you say, broken down into 12 monthly payments, but you have to autopay from a bank account. No credit card.

It will be set up as 11 equal payments, the first being January 15 and the next 10 on the first day each month, followed by a slightly lesser final payment for the year on Dec 1.

The amounts will be shown in your account online for the year once you sign up for the auto-payment. There are no additional fees to do it this way.

I have a question too. If you start out with the monthly payment, but in May decide you want to pay the remainder of the balance, can you do that? Or do you have to continue with the monthly installment if that is what you chose in January?

You can pay off early at any time. If you pay the full balance left on a contract...if you have more than one...you can use a credit card,

If you want to pay a partial amount, then gift cards, rewards card, or debit from bank account,

This is what I am doing this year, Keeping it monthly, but paying one of my 4 contracts off each month so that by May, it’s done and I can use my CC to get some benefit.

That’s great to hear! I didn’t realize I could use gift cards. I can get 5% off at target with my red card. I might buy those and save myself $50! Thanks for the info!
