Frank - I live in central Ohio about 45 min. north of Columbus in the small town of Mount Vernon. Unfortunately, we're supposed to have snow every day the rest of the week. Not much 1/2" to 1" per day.

The campsite my friends and I stay at in Mohecan is in Knox county...barely. The "Entering Knox County" sign is literally at the edge of the campsite.

Other then the Mt. Vernon exit sign on 71 that is all I know about that area of our lovely state.

I am very jealous! I would love to go to Florida right now! Heck I would just love to be able to run outside right now! We've had snow all over the sidewalks and trails for over a month

So I got in 11 miles this week all on the treadmill. More would have been nice, but since I'm not training for any particular race and I can't get outside I'll be happy with double digits for the week! Hope everyone else has a great training day
