I was hoping to get in a long run yesterday so I could change color...
Things were going okay until about halfway through, I rolled my ankle on an uneven section of pavement. I actually had to call DH to have him pick me up, I was 3 miles from home and didn't think I should try to walk it.
The ankle seems okay but the "roll" and movement must have messed up other stuff in my leg, because things are not right today. And my 10 mile race is in 6 days. At this point I'm not even sure I should attempt it.
@PSUTraveler - If you can get an appointment with a sports doc ASAP, ask them if you should run. If not ... I'd say rest. You don't want to injure yourself more!
Today's walk went by so fast! My girlfriend just got back from her first trip to Europe. She had to tell us all about her and DH's escapades. So much fun! We were all living vicariously through her on the walk. Can't wait for the morning we skip the walk for breakfast and look at pictures!

I woke up feeling a bit draggy today too ... coffee's helping a bit. But I have to snap out of it because I'm headed over to my sister's apartment this afternoon to help her pack up her stuff (she's moving soon)
