Did anyone else get a PIN for 40% off any resort category select dates 9/1/10- 12/18/10? I just received it this afternoon.
Wow 40% off is awfully tempting, but we just went in March! Why does Disney torture me so??!!!

9/1–10/9/10 • 10/24–10/30/10 • 11/14–11/20/10
11/28–12/4/10 • 12/12–12/18/10

and we are going 12/8-13.

WOW! I got the standard 20/30/40 pin (still can't believe it), but that's an amazing offer you have, and I'd find it pretty hard to resist. Can't you just head down there for a few days? It's practically free!

I already had received the 20/30/40 PIN thru 12/16, but there was hardly any availability. I am going to call in the a.m. and see if I can get the room we originally wanted...hopefully some inventory opened up w/ this PIN!

I know it's a great deal, but I just started a new part time job & I would hate to ask for time off already! I just started 2 weeks ago, otherwise I would be researching airfare right now!!!

So crazy. That has been my first pin..the first one ever...and I was wanting to go back the end of December so I just miss out on the dates.

Should make my time there at the end of September super crowded, but I am glad it gives others a chance to go!!!

Depends on how many/what ages. Go to the DW page and do a trip, then "save to favorites".

My adult daughter and I are going in Dec, staying at a Value. We are doing 5 nights/6 day tickets (Park Hopper, no water) and our stay came to just over $1,000. I do have a 20% PIN (our week is excluded in this Monster 40% offer) we will be using. One hotel night at a value is approx $84 that time. (more weekend, less weekday) With my 20% off PIN, we're basically getting one hotel night free. Large chunk of the $$ is park tickets.

If you are looking at value season (I plugged in 12/12-12/17 for you) at Pop century in a standard room:
Room $50/nt = $250 plus taxes
Tix $860

If they extend free DDP, that would be a better deal for you, or if you could travel during the current free DDP dates, that would be better.
I suggest cutting out the hoppers if you want to cut cost. We never get hoppers and never miss them. You could always add hopper if you decide you needed it while there.

Thanks for the info! It does appear that the free DDP is a better deal for us. The current dates don't work, so I guess i'll just keep my fingers crossed like everyone else and hope they extend it.

I got the code too, but was really hoping to go Dec 8-14, which of course isn't covered. I could move our vacation to the next week, but I wonder how crowded. I am still wishing for free dining which would be a better deal for my family of 5. Congrats to all those wth pins!

I'm pretty sure your free dining is a better deal for a value package. 40% off your room would not be a higher number than two adult & two children's dining price per day. Have fun!!

Can anyone give me a rough idea of how much it might be if we went? Details are:
Me, DH, DS (4) and DS (20 months). We'd probably want to stay in Mod.. going right after Thanksgiving, when the pin covers it..

I have been going forever and this is the 1st PIN! Even though I can get a better deal off-site at a really nice property, I haven't stayed off-site in the longest.

How wonderfully convenient that we are going on the exact dates of 11/28-12/4 for my little man's 5th birthday. And it is for the CR, which is where I wanted to go this time around!!!!
