And then they will be planning new updates because the minute you drive that car off the dealer's lot, it has depreciated by at least $100.

They appear to be ongoing. Every 6 months they re-announce the new schedule. Current schedule is through Dec 2015, but last year's was through Dec 2014 and then got extended, although the latest reduced hours only affect weekdays. I suspect the current system just can't handle full hours anymore.

This sounds like to me the weening of resorts off the monorail.
