Monorail train set

We leave for Disney in just a few weeks, And I am thinking of purchasing the Monorail train set for under the tree.( I would have it shipped back home as a surprise Santa will leave it with the toys)

Heres my question... Anyone have this? Is it easy to set up? Is it a pain in the fanny and not stay on the track correctly? ( As our current train set does not!)

And how much do you think I would need to go around the bottem of the Christmas tree, Ie: how many track sets? Thanks in advance!

We have ours for the same purpose and it goes around the tree. It is easy to set up and stays on the track nicely. I think we got the original set, an epcot , one straight track and one curved and it fits all the way around a very large tree.
