Monorail Toys

I want to start collecting the monorail attractions for my daughter. This way we can collect pieces as souvenirs on our trips to WDW. Her birthday is coming up and I thought I would order her some pieces. The problem is that I do not remember what all the pieces are. I have spent hours trying to find out this information along with prices. I thought for sure someone here would know. Thanks for the help.

They were out of a lot of the items when we were there(which was probably a good thing for me). I believe they have the 3 hotels on the line, spaceship earth, the entrance to mk, extra track, maybe some attractions (ie space mountain).

That's a good list from Maridw. Strictly speaking, I don't believe the die cast vehicles are part of the monorail set...but they sure are cool. We just came back on Sunday, and I thought the stock and selection on monorial toys was way down. Could be a seasonal thing though

We noticed the same thing, we got home Monday. In fact we were going to get Dumbo's Ride as well as the Astro Orbiter since they were both on sale, but they were completely out of Dumbo's Ride.

As I said about the DCA attractions, they have had them in the past, but they didn't have any this time. Maybe they are going to have only WDW attractions out here and DCA & DL attractions out at DLR. We will be there in July, so I will let you know if that is the case.

We are slowly working on my DH's Monorail system (Minature WDW, DL & DCA parks). We haven't set anything up as of yet, but he wants to do the two monorail runs at WDW and the one for DLR. As you can see we are getting close, but it seems like they keep adding something new each time we visit.

I agree about Diecast vehicles, they aren't to scale with the other things, but the odd one or two to add a little something to the layout.

PS Thanks Micca, its the only way to keep track of what we already have. LOL

Does anyone know if they sell any other colors of the monorail except yellow and red? I have looked EVERY where, eBay has one that is black, but that's the only other color I have ever seen. Let me know if you know of any.

I think mainstreet megastore has some monorail accessories??
