Monorail stickers/paper?

Does anyone have a source for monorail stickers or paper? All we can find costs $$$$ for shipping

Software that allows you to cut what you want from a cricut machine- of course you need a cricut as well.

I haven't seen anything other than what is in the online stores and only online not in most local stores (since I live less than 2 hours from Disney our local scrapbook stores have monorail stuff too- not the big box stores though).
