Monorail run times question

How soon before park openings does the monorail start running? I am thinking about booking an early breakfast at Chef Mickey's and want to make sure we can get there on time since we are not staying at a monorail resort. And yes I know I can also walk from the MK buses there but would rather not. Hoping to book all PS's today.

If your not staying onsite, drive directly to chef mickeys and park at the contemporary. That way after breakfast you can hop on the monorail or walk to MK! You can park all day at the contemporary. We used to do it and it worked great.

We are staying at CSR but will have no car. We usually take the bus to Epcot or MK and hop the monorail to Chef Mickey's. Before I get a breakfast time, I just wanted to know that it won't be a chore to get there on time which is why I was asking about monorail running times in the morning.
