Usually one hour after park close. There will be busses to get you where you need to go if the monorail is closed. Example would be the Epcot wind down after hours party, and a member staying at BLT.

There aren't usually busses from Epcot to Contemporary, but they run when the monorail is closed and there are still guests that need returned to their resorts.

Epcot monorail closes 1 hour after Epcot closes. Including EMH of course, since those are only attended by the resort guests, who are the main reason the Epcot-TTC line exists.

Resorts monorail runs from 7am until 1 hour after whenever magic kingdom closes.

Technically, Disney changed their policy about the monorail hrs (both resort and express) a couple years ago and now the monorail only operates 1 hr. after regular closing time, so those who stay for EMHs have to use the bus.
