Folks,

I've been hearing this for years. I know most of it by heart. What I can't seem to find is who's voice did Disney employ for this recording?

It's killing me. I'm hoping my brethren will be able to help!

The original recording was Jack Wagner (not the soap star)... All add-ons and additional re-recordings have been donw by a Disney CM that sounds like Jack Wagner... Check your private messages. I sent you one :)

I found my answer. It looks as though Mr. Wagner died in 1993. What a nostalgic voice.

Actually he passed away on June 16, 1995 Jack did a lot of the speils and announcements for DL and WDW until he passed away.

Just a side note to that... Jack Wagner is also the voice you will hear when you board the monorail (shuttle) at the Orlando International Airport. He is "The Voice" that welcomes you to Orlando and Bids you farewell :)

I knew it was the same voice as the airport monorails!!! I mentioned it to my DH in August, and he said "no...."

I have been riding those monorails forever - I know that voice!
