Monorail Hours?

We want to start our day at Magic Kingdom and end it at night in Epcot. Would it be possible to park at Epcot in the morning before the parks open and take the monorail over to MK before it opens at 9am? What I'm saying is does the monorail from Epcot to the TTC run before park openings?

I would park at the TTC since the monorail serves both parks.

Monorails start running one hour prior to rope drop (not factoring EMH). So yes, it is possible. But keep in mind that the entire process would probably take close to an hour with the monorail switch and line for MK monorail at TTC. Be sure to arrive as early as possible.

Dachsie may have the right idea of parking at TTC instead since it would be somewhat of a middle ground. The Epcot monorail will also run one hour after park closing.

Possible each day except Monday/Tuesday(they are starting late for planned maintenance those days) if you're at Epcot Station at 8:00 AM waiting for the First Monorail.

Here is the current Monorail schedule as posted by Orlando Theme Park News.

It takes the Epcot Monorail 9 minutes to travel from TTC Station to Epcot Station and 7 minutes from Epcot Station to TTC Station.
