We'll be at DL the end of April. Both my husband and myself will be using ECVs. (Can't do all that walking any more!) Is the access to the monorail at DTD and within DL ECV accessible? I remember steps up but do not remember any sort of ramp or elevator.

I don't have personal experience using an ECV, but I know that there is a ramp up to the monorail platform in DL and there is an elevator in DTD. The Monorail page on the Disneyland website says "Guests may remain in their wheelchair or Electric Conveyance Vehicle to experience this attraction." So you should be good! Have fun!!

You may have a problem. The monorail IS ECV friendly, however, it can only carry one at a time.
