If it were me, I'd probably want to start at the Grand Floridian, continue on to the Contemporary, and end up at the Polynesian.
You can start at Mizner's at the Grand Floridian. I'm told they serve some of the Citricos appetizers there. At the Contemporary, I would visit the Wave lounge. Unlike the Wave's dining room, the lounge is very interesting visually. They also have a fairly healthy menu and possibly the most unique bar offerings of any resort. They tend to boast organic beer, wines and spirits, so their drinks menu is slightly different than the standard Disney lounge offerings. At the Polynesian, you can try the famous Lapu Lapu at the Tambu lounge, or visit the Kona Island Sushi Bar for a drink and a sushi roll. Then you can walk outside and watch the fireworks from the beach.
