Can anyone take the monorail from epcot to MK ?

From the Boardwalk what would be quicker. Taking the shuttle to MK or Enter Epcot (with hopper pass) go to shuttle station and take monorail.

Yes, anyone can take the monorail from Epcot to MK. It's definitely quicker to take the Disney bus from BW to MK than to go through Epcot. It's about a 5 min. walk to Epcot from BW. Then you board 1monorail and have to switch to another at TTC to get to MK.
