I just wanted to share a huge money saver for our trip budget. The last 3 years I've used redweek.com to rent from an owner at their timeshare or through an agency that rents the extra time share rooms. First year that I used this we were taking my mom and dad and my brother so I needed a big place - we were able to get a unit that slept 10 for $500 for the week, that's just over $72 a night. We used it for our next two trips also for $550 or under. We have had a wonderful experience with this and we love the resorts and being able to have a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Not that I do lots of cooking or laundry on vacation but it's nice to be able to eat breakfast in the room before we head out and also if we have an early evening we can grab a pizza and pop in the oven, etc. When renting from an owner we have had the use of all the owner benefits which includes BBQ's at the pool, breakfast poolside, free mini golf, and lots of other perks.
