On my family's last visit, we stayed at OKW and I thought it was great being able to charge everything to the room. This time we are renting a villa. Is there a way to get a money card or something, put cash on it and use it to buy things as if you were a resort guest? The Disney Dollars are fine but I'd just as soon carry cash. Credit cards are fine but are they accepted all over Disney?

People's suggestions on the easiest way to pay for things in the parks are welcome. Cash is okay but it gets a bit bulky when you carry a ton of it.

If you are renting a grand villa at a DVC resort than you can charge things directly back to your room.

If you are renting a villa off property then you will either need to carry cash, Disney $'s or put things on your charge card & pay it off when you get home.

Sorry, I should have mentioned the villa is off property. Thanks for the response.

accept credit cards. But you will need some cash as well. I don't think some of the fast food places accept them.

Any place that accepts your disney room key as a cc'd will also accept any major credit card. The only advantage to the room key is that is its sometimes park pass, room key and cc'd and you have to carry less cards. We love to stay at the S&D and don't have the charging privledges either so I just carry my id, cc'd and room key with some cash. Many of the carts that sell the "junk" don't take either the disney room card or a major cc'd so your not at any disadvantage on that end.
