I have stayed at both BWI and the Dolphin. I would pick Swan Lake view.

In case anyone was wondering, I cancelled my Boardwalk reservation and we'll go with the Swan Lake View. We really enjoyed the Swan last time we stayed there, and for us the location is the most important thing. We love this area!
