Once I became a DVC snob I thought I'd never get a chance to stay there again but now that they added it to DVC I would go back in a minute. It's awesome.

Angel, you WILL love AKL! I stayed there for a weekend about 5 years ago. I was mesmerized by the giraffes outside the balcony. I would stay there in a heartbeat. It is one of the most beautiful resorts, ever.

We are looking forward to it, and getting so excited with all the pics and reviews!!! I still need help on dining if any are inclined This will be a special trip, in over 17 years, never a honeymoon and only 2 trips just the 2 of us.
He said he wants to celebrate us and Andy, he so gets me

I was going to ask you to ride the Mummy rollercoaster once for me while you were there because I'm not going to get to go this time around and I'll miss that ride

But it's not a big deal.

For now the AKV are only the 5th floor of the resort redone (I believe). The separate buildings open in the fall or early next year.

Oh okay, I didn't realize that. I just did some digging and I found some artist renderings of what the other building will look like and if it ends up being close to the drawings, that building is going to be amazing.
