Answering interviewer questions is easy...what I think is impressive is if you ask lots of questions of them. It shows an interest that most prospects don't think about.

Here's the question that threw me!

"when was the last time you worked in a group to complete a goal?"


I don't know why it threw me so much, and I knew they just wanted to see if I worked well in a group, but I gave some stupid answer.

The most bizarre interview question I was ever asked was:
If you could be any kind of animal, what would you be and why?

When I was done...I told him since he would be my boss, I would like to know what kind of animal he would be and why? He laughed and so no one ever asked him that before.
