Maybe it's just me...no, I'm pretty confident it's just me...but if I ever get my hands on a time machine, I think I'll swing by that town and one night when they're sleeping, right after they put up their fancy new town sign, I'll cut down their hollow of white hazel trees. And then just spray paint "You've been punked" on the side of the cave. It might take them a few hundred years to figure it out...

Believe me...I relate. As much as we're both speaking English there's obviously a language difference going on at times. I'm ok with your short posts but sometimes when you type the long ones I wish there were subtitles.

Anyway, I'll try to do this from a different way:

I said:Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwyll-llantysiliogogogoch is The church of St. Mary in the hollow of white hazel trees near the rapid whirlpool by St. Tysilio's of the red cave.

Now in my post that you got confused by, I was talking about cutting down their hazel trees while they slept. Then it would no longer be 'The church of St. Mary in the hollow of white hazel trees near the rapid whirlpool by St. Tysilio's of the red cave.' And then painting 'You've been punked' on the side of the red cave. But with all time travel I'd have to think of the long term ramifications. That might end up making the name longer and with more consonants and less vowels.
