This may or may not be a mint, did the word "evidence" mess with anyone else? I thought I had it until I ran into that word. I think I object to the word evidence being a part of this riddle.

Objection overruled. The various words listed evidence a consistent theme. As evidence of this fact, I point out that Donna got it right (and Donna is nothing if not consistent -- just ask Lou).
