Are Mondays at the Magic Kingdom really that horrible? Would I rather do the Kingdom on a Monday or on a Tuesday with am EMH? We are going to be in Disney the week prior to Memorial day, so I am not sure if a Monday would be less crowded than a Thursday which is closer to the weekend. Any help is appreciated!!

I think that saturdays may be busy at MK only because it is the weekend and some people go there for fun. If they live near WDW that is.

I think that it depends on what time you go to the park... :confused3

sorry...i can't answer your question. just wanted to say that we will be there the same week!! we are going to MK on tuesday. eating lunch at tony's.

I have noticed that EMH days at MK are significantly more crowded even at slower times of year. Conventional wisdom has always been to avoid MK on a Monday, but I think I would choose Monday of your particular week over the EMH Tuesday.

I've heard that it's good to hit any park first thing in the morning after it's EMH night. We'll be going in May and MK's PM EMH is Sunday.

We were going with the plan to hit MK on Monday morning after the Sunday night EMH - the morning wasn't bad, but by 11:00 it got crowded. It was very crowded for Spectro and Wishes that night. When we went back later in the week (both Tuesday and Friday) it was not nearly as crowded. I didn't believe the stories here about how crowded MK is on Mondays, but now I'm a believer! :rolleyes1
