Monday after Thanksgiving/IOA

Ok, I am rearranging my WDW schedule and I think we are going to go to IOA on the Monday after Thanksgiving.

Anybody think this is a good day to go? We aren't staying on site, so I was trying to plan around people going home from Thanksgiving break on Sunday.
