I have just booked premium seating for our trip in June:cool1: It cost £99pp but includes seats together which was £19 pp and an extra 5kg which was £25pp so my sales pitch to my DB was it really only cost £55pp as we would have paid for the seats together and probably be overweight on luggage on the way home. It also includes free drinks, papers and seat back TVs which Monarch don't have in economy so we are very happy:dance3:

That's what we did in the summer. We thought it brought it more in line with Virgins economy. The thing that was noticeably worse than virgin was the seatback TVs. They kept freezing, they had some really old programmes and didn't have any interactive element so couldn't select when you wanted to watch. If you manage your expectations and take alternative entertainment you'll be fine. Certainly beats long indirect flights.

Thanks for the info, my niece will have an ipad so SIL and family should be ok. The one thing my DB wants is the map, it's all he watches all the way there (inbetween sleeps). I must admit I wish I had booked with Thomas Cook really, they fly into MCO with seat back TVs in economy and the holiday was slightly cheaper than Cosmos when I checked a couple of months ago, but after 4 years waiting I'm just glad to be going back:)

This was our first time flying into Sanford. It took much less time to get out the airport than at Orlando. Immigration was a lot quicker. This was also our first time using Cosmos as on other trips we used Virgin. I'm sure you will have a fantastic holiday.
