I started reading because I have the same problem. I've never even heard of Spanx (yes, I live in the middle of nowhere under a rock!) but it looks like I should be looking for some!

Now....do they have an equivelent product to help up top?!?!? Or something that sucks your whole body together?!?

They have a new bra on the spanx website. The closest I have to come to full body spanx is the one that falls just under my chest, so I dont end up with any bulges anywhere! They have the "higher power" http://www.spanx.com/pls/enetrixp/!...complex_id_in=477024.479039.479039.481292.cat

I bought a Spanx full slip from Amazon and it is amazing! It does not ride up or down. Best part- there are absolutely no lines!! I have bought Spanx higher power underwear (goes up to the chest and down to the lower thigh) and they are great too, but there sometimes is a line around the back if the fabric of your dress is thin. They do sometimes roll down.
Target makes Assets, designed by the maker of Spanx, Sara Blakely. They are nice, they are cheaper, but they are not as powerful as Spanx. I also felt that they did not hold their elasticity as well as their more expensive cousins after a wash or two.
I am going to to buy the Spanx tank top next for smoothing under a fitted shirt. A lady I work with can not rave about it enough.
