Uh....is it bad to admit that I didn't watch the 2nd period to watch the Bones season finale?? They were up 3-0 by then, so I figured the Stars wouldn't be too far ahead when my show was over.

Truthfully, I didn't pay too close attention after the first period either. I was on the phone with my best friend all evening. We see each other every week, but haven't had a decent conversation in quite a while. So, that was fun. I just kept interrupting to say "woo hoo!" when they scored another goal!

so sorry about the job situation.... maybe a new (better) opportunity will present itself?! My Dh works for Morgan Stanley and there are lay offs every few weeks - we keep our fingers crossed at all times. Of course- he's mentioned the "severence" opportunities, but I very strongly disagree.

Your trip report is hilarious and very *real*. I have had the sunscreen in the eyes situation many times myself. My favorite line: "actual wait time- an eternity."

Hang in there- I hope it all works out for your beautiful family
