Moment of Truth

There is no way that she lied on that one knowingly. If so, she wouldn't have gone with the worse of the two choices. Had she said no, I'm not a good person and was lying, then I'd bye that it was a true lie but the fact that she went with the worse of the two possible choices shows that she just obviously doesn't know herself.
Exactly. That's what's sad, she thinks she's a good person. :sad2:

If she honestly truly thinks she is a good person she must have a mental problem.

OUCH! Man, that was really painful. Her poor hubby, he looked really blown away after the cheating question. Though, who on earth wouldn't be??

well... she may be a good person who has made mistakes...

i don't know
i think i need to watch it

Hm, well she doesn't honestly truly think that or her lie detector thing would've said true. Somewhere inside she knows she's not a good person.

Ugh, but...ugh.

Yeah. :sad1: When he put his head down...poor man.

This is like "Nothing But The Truth" over here in the UK right? They set a person up to a lie detector and ask personal questions and if they say the truth then they win money but if they lie, then they lose it all?

Who hosts it in America? It's Jerry Springer over here...

Someone's story was in the papers once because he admitted he had an affair with his wife while on vacation so he could win. He won all the money and his wife forgives him though (he told her before the show so she wouldn't be embarrassed about it on TV, well not as embarrassed...)

Mark something I think.

Anyway, he looks and sounds absolutely ashamed to be working there. He was practically begging the woman to quit.

Why would someone even think of creating a show like this? To tear apart families? Well congratulations to them...they have.

ALTHOUGH it is the peoples choice to go on the show...they know what they are getting themselves into.

Exactly, they KNOW all their secrets are probably going to get out.

And, people make shows like this cause they're smart. They know it will have high ratings because humans love to see other people being tore apart. They relish that their secrets are safe, and the other guys' aren't. It's human nature.

I just watched it online.

Wow. I feel so bad for the family. They have too many skeletons in the closet though. I mean the way the dad kept secrets from the mom.

Did you notice when the host (whose name is currently escaping me) initially asked the question they showed her family and her father said "Oh my God, she's going to say yes" and her husband just shook his head and said "no"? The prospect that she could possibly think that after doing so many HORRIBLE things is unbelievable. Even I have a difficult time answering yes to that question about myself because I think of the littlest things that I may not be 100% proud of - I couldn't begin to imagine doing EVERYTHING that she has done to her husband alone yet still believing, enough to admit it, that she is a good person. I was in awe.

The audience wasn't making it any better I might add...saying OOOOH...whatever. lol.

Wouldn't you, though. You hear someone admit these things in front of their loved ones and you can't help but react. I was sitting here on my couch gasping because eventhough you know what she'll say, you still can't believe that she actually did.

I saw it. In two words describing it I would say: Whoa baby!
I feel so bad for the family.

OT: Babypiglet I like where you put your location. It reminds me of TTA. :)

Haha, yeah. It's that huge tower in the middle of tomorrowland. With astro orbiter on it.:goodvibes

I think the show is really interesting. Some things said I'm sure the family/friends/husband/wife/other do NOT want to hear. But hey you volunteered to be ont the show. I like to watch it. But the dramatic pauses and music can be a little much.

This show is so predictable. The answer is almost always the emarrassig choice.
