College DSs are big Tim Burton fans and I saw that there will be an exhibition of his work at MOMA November-April. DH and I would like to possibly take them to NYC as part of their Christmas gift December 23-24, making a stop at MOMA on the 23rd.

Will the regular admission get us into this exhibit? I was looking at the website and didn't see where there would be an extra price, but I wasn't quite sure. I know the holiday season will be busy but can you give any other suggestions for this area? Maybe a good place to eat near the museum?

We have been to NYC quite a few times, but never to MOMA. We have seen the lighted tree at the ice skating rink which I know will be a mad house on the 23rd, and we don't mind skipping that area. We are always game for trying something off the beaten path.

Thanks for any info!
Karen

I dont know about the special exhibition but I think it would be included in the reg. price? If you are pressed for time, there is a cafe right in the museum. I dont know the prices. Its alot to take in. My ds went for a college field trip and said he was exhausted from all the walking just in the museum and I dont think he saw everything either.
