Hi all,
My mom is meeting us in Orlando for our late January trip and while we are at Hoop Dee Doo Review early show on Friday she will be flying in and shuttling to our FW cabin. (Miserable daughter aren't I!-- actually, she's pretty young and travel savvy.) BUT I wondered what the experience might be, having to first arrive at FW and then be transported to a cabin. Do the shuttles do that? Is it a hassle? Are we better off getting her a Town Car or cab, although that's so expensive? I'll try to have the cabin # in advance so she will know, and call ahead and make sure her name is linked with ours so they'll expect her security-wise, but it's the two-step process that's worrying me a little.

Any insights or advice will be appreciated! Thanks!!

If her name is on the ressie, she can check-in at the Reception Outpost. CMs will bring her to the cabin via an electric cart.

Now I always imagine the worst case and how I could recover, so...

To be safe, I would leave an envelope at the desk with her name on it just before going to HoopDeDoo. Inside a note with the cabin number, bus directions, and an extra key. In the worst mix-up, she could get her envelope, leave her bags at the Reception Outpost and go to the cabin on her own.

Fantastic ideas, Risy-- I'll do them to the letter. I too always imagine worst-case scenario and the back-up envelope idea is really smart. Her name isn't on the reservations now but can I add it as we check in, or should I do it sooner? I guess we can procure her key then. (Also I did already pay the extra 5th person, senior rate, for her.)

Thanks so much for answering my post.
JT
