Mom and son trip... advice?

Hi all!

I have just booked a very special treat for my DS(5) and myself. We're heading to The World for a quick trip right before Christmas. (Dec 19 - 23)

Details:

We have non-stop flights both ways, down in the evening, back in the late morning.

Taking Magic Express.

We're staying at All Stars Movies in a preferred room. Have three days of park hoppers, and are doing the Dining Plan for the first time ever. (Still booking)

I have ADR for:
Crystal Palace breakfast and Prime Time Cafe dinner on Day 1
Rose and Crown lunch on Day 2
Hollywood and Vine breakfast on Day 3

I also have a reservation for DS at the Neverland Club on Friday (Day2) evening so I can have some alone time.

Both he and I are Disney veterans, he has been 10 times and is 5 years old.

Anyone have advice for us? I'm hoping to make this a pretty special trip for him, trying to leave my personal agenda at home!

Also, I haven't finalized the reservations for hotel yet and it has been a while since we stayed on-site. At this point are there advantages/disadvantages to booking with a TA vs. phone vs. web?

It all looks very nice and the ADR's are very good. You can book it yourself. Maybe an upgrade to a mod with a slide?
