I've never used/tried Moleskin before but plan on it during our upcoming trip. My question is, if I put Moleskin on the backside of my heel, will it stay on with my shoes?? I know when I put regular bandaids there they tend to come off from the rubbing of the shoes on the back on my foot.. :confused3

We have had very good luck with mole skin staying on......one pair of my sandals...I placed the mole skin on the inside of the heel strap ( not my foot). It stayed on for months and worked great. I was going to pitch those sandals.....but no need now.

For me it stays on until it gets very wet from a soak on a water ride.

I just cut a few extra strips the size i need and carry with me to replace when they get too wet and start to come off.

otherwise, they stay in place if you cut them large enough to cover your sore spot and not rub the corners up.

Do you pack little scissors to cut it? I was not sure if the airline would confiscate them!

you can pack scissors in your checked luggage. its possible they would even let you carry them on, but ive never tried.
