I am trying to come up with something that will be similar but not too so and everyone can be comfortable with. You definatley want to stay away from using the board's name with all the weird stuff going on around here (copywrite thing)

Give me the suggestions and I will put up a poll.

When do you need the name by. I need a definate date if I am going to do a poll.(for the ending date on it) Hey good way to get some feedback from neutral parties.

I know I will be there before the GG but wanted to throw out some suggestions for you if you don't mind. How about Mogli's Monkeys, Jungle Juice Monkeys (if you want the drink idea in there), Jungle Book Bash 08. I like the Ape Escape 08 too. The orangatang was King Louis right? Can't think of anything for that name.

Just thought I would throw it out there because a change of name does sound like a really good idea. Fresh name for a fresh start.

LOL...great choices ang. I am going to be putting up a public poll in a few with all the names. We need something that will look good on a shirt. It would be so cool to have everyone running around the MK on the 7th for the scavenger hunt with matching shirts along with "special" thing I talked to you about. That BTW is driving Poohbear crazy trying to figure out what it is.

Regardless of which one gets chosen the idea Poohbear had of using names of characters is a good idea. You can add them to the back of the shirts.
Ok I got all the movies that had a jungle type theme to them. I know you wanted to use just the Jungle Book but there are only 7 characters named and I am sorry but an elephants name is not going on my back...lol So I included Tarzan and the Lion King which makes 29 names to choose from.
Enuf for the SO's and kids too to have a name on.

Just so y'all know I have chosen mine, the SO has picked his and the brat has dibs on one..lol

I am easy to get along with, no matter what my family says, lol. I like Banana Bunch or anything else you come up with but I would not use MY Glowing Monkey's as that would tread on the toes of the ones who had the GLOW party and I would not want that. I speak first, think second. sigh

You all decide and then let me know what I can do for my part. I have limited skills but some of them might come in handy.

I am glad to hear that the folks here seem to have escaped the Virginia tornadoes. (My husband is from W. Va. and thinks that VA and W. Va. are one and the same)

I am sorry for having been missing in action but I have had lots to do to get Tom ready for the operation tomorrow and might not be back around for a few more days. As I told him, this is easy for him as all he has to do is get in the car and have the operation. He gets to lay down too!

I have the yard to mow today and the house to clean as well as cook up some good stuff for him to eat when he gets home. Lucky man, he.
