For everyone on our thread please ignore others who are rude and obnoxious(SP) to OUR FRIENDS and can't respect their decision as to whom they want to hang with and be friends with. I just can't believe people on these boards are so petty!!!!!!!!!! Everyone knows that I get along with everyone. I got a real eye opening this week after talking with a one of my best friends and am so upset at what i was told that I feel the need to make this statement now and I know making it this way I won't get in trouble. If anyone wants to know what is going on please PM me or call my cell and I will tell you all about it that way the diss boards aren't invloved.

I know I'm blonde but this has confused me more than anything else today. What in the world are you talking abuot? If somethings up, please send me PM or post here.

I cannot believe all these posts and drama have got by me. Yikes!@ Not sure what happened but some folks just have far too much time on their hands and not enough brains so you just have to ignore them and go on your merry way. As my idol, Ricky Nelson, once said, "You can't please everyone". I learned that late in life but better late than never.

Ang, my sense of humor is my saving grace. If not for it Tom would have been bent, spindled and mutilated long ago. I figure if he is able to adapt his behavior if there are witnesses that he cares about he could do better. I have been considering giving him a dose of his own medicine but do not know where I might find the occasion as it would have to be a place that I am SURE I would not be known and would never return to. mickeyvixie, please tell me that you do not have one of those cheap, good for nothing much, outlet plugs for your electronics??? If it costs $5 it is worth about $3 and is only good for extra outlets. You need a real surge protector with some sort of guarantee for damage. You can also get a whole house surge protector from your utility company that will protect your whole house AND cover all your electronics without a deductible. Naturally Dell had a great 20 inch monitor for only $120 a bit ago. I love Banana Bunch!! Fits so well. I can see that on t shirts too. Short and pithy just like Ants.

Timmie, would it be possible for me to bring my laptop and just drive over to DVC property if I had the password? Just wondering. I think they will eventually have free internet all over the property or at least by the hour for a reasonable price.

If I should ever get to retire I see that I must live near an airport so that I can hop on and 'come on down' when I find the time. Seems it is the way to go!

The one I have on the puter is a pretty decent one. I shut off the monitor for a while and it seems better now I dont know if they would do that for a rental. I will have to look into it, thanks for the info. Of course it was prior to when I needed it...LOL

Wic, there is simply no use in trying to make me jealous. I am the oldest of 8 and my dad did not like me cause he was not certain I shared his DNA (wish I did not) and my mom told me that she did not like any of us who looked like dad so I am well versed in rivalry and opted out a very long time ago.

Timmie, I am sitting here watching Samantha give her tips on how to handle DW. Some are laughable to those of who really know. I like the idea of a laptop DIS meet. I will bring the chips, not computer though.

Bonz, love that Schoolhouse Rocks. I think we should turn over education to Youtube and see if it is not an improvement. Bet the kids would be more likely to show up for class and on time too!

Pooh, I hope you are feeling a bit better about it all. Stuff happens and feelings get hurt but you got to go on. The only way to avoid making a mistake is to do nothing and that is the biggest mistake of them all!!

Back to transferring files. Seems I have spent most of my life switching from one format to another. I did come across some old pictures of myself though and as imperfect as I look now I think I looked twenty years older way back before. Could be the cataracts though.

It didnt affect my files at all...but eek, I didnt think about that. Yeah and a month old hard drive is in there. Guess I will spend Tuesday saving things to disk. LOL Hey, it will be below freezzing in the morning and since the SO is off work he can entertain the brat. I need to work on my photpass pics anyway so we can pay for them by the 23rd. Maybe if Bonz is a good girl, I might do a disk of something for her too.

Vixie, I need to do some backing up also cause one of my systems is crashing now and then. It just is not that much fun, nothing really important generally is though. I not only have the SH disks but have donated several sets to the local schools. Not sure they use them though.

Do you really think it is fair to make Bonzie behave herself in order to 'deserve' the disk? Would we really want her to change herself? Just a thought.
