Does this mean I'm not the only person who tried to make shirts that didn't turn out right?

FF, my shirt did not turn out exactly as I wanted either. SG

It's comforting to know that I'm not alone...
I'm blaming it on inferior (cheap) transfers...left paper attached to shirt can't pick it off, wash it off, etc
The one DISign I can bling out with glitter and rhinstones to camouflage the paper but not the others...

Whats up this afternoon??? it looks as if some people think I am a little to clingy?? What do you think? I just read something that (someone doesn't have the you know what to say out right) that (well no names where mentioned) but something was brought stated that if you all read it you would know in a heart beat that it was towards me so I feel a little bit hurt but thats what someone wants. I just wish if people want to say something like that to others and if they really feel that way instead of telling other people they should say it to me. NO ONE ON OUR THREAD just to make that clear. Cuz I know we have lurkers.

I know I am talking in circles sorry for the confusion but my emotions are getting the best of me. Work sucks and wedding stress is finally setting in I think and I have way to much to do before VACA so I am just scared I guess.

Pooh, you know folks always have opinions about folks. If that is the worst thing anyone can think of to say about you I would be proud. You are just a very sensitive and caring person, maybe you care too much. Please do not let it rule your life. Everyone has their thing. I could make a list of my things, far more than others could.

There is an old, very dirty joke, about a gal who was called a turtle or some such odd thing and she got highly incensed about it. When questioned about why she got so mad at that and not the other very scurrilous things that she had been called previously, she replied that it made her so mad cause she was NOT a turtle.

Why anyone would want to waste their time worrying about someone else is beyond me. Let them have at me. I cannot hear and do not much care either. At my age I have discovered a fundamental truth.

Not everyone is going to like me AND I do not like everyone else either. Truth is there are few I do not but we all have our favorite people, for different reasons.

I have people in my life that I tolerate because they are family and would not if they were not. I have folks who I have to spend a bit of time with each week. Some I enjoy more than others and I am sure some of them like me more than others.

I yam what I yam and that is all that I yam. Be you and that is enough. Shall we go to a Garden Party together?

All I can say is I'm really glad you cleared that up for me. For a minute, I was completely confused and didn't know what you were talking about. Now it's as clear as mud.

Listen Pooh, I suspect this is a person that you don't care about or respect. If that's the case, then don't worry about their opinion of you or about what they say. People can only hut you when YOU CHOSE to be hurt by their words. People only have power if you give it to them. Be the adult and just move on.

Gosh I should read my post before I actually postit!! I was reading things that upset me and the fact that Mike's Grandma hurt me really bad so it was a combination of things today so I am sorry for the confusion Its like I seem to be doing that alot lately!

I tried the Mickey heads/bleach around them thing. My husband's shirt was ok, but my son's shirt instead of lightening turned green. And for some reason mine wouldn't fade at all. They are now for working around the house. No matching shirts for my family.


Nancy, if somebody online is upsetting you, just ignore them. I'm not sure what to tell you about your Fiance's grandmother though, other than in-laws are often difficult to get along with.

There used to be a thread on how to make them. I think it was on the Budget Board. Unfortunately my shirts decided to be stubborn. Basically you make a Mickey pattern and then spray bleach around it.

Sounds easy enough...sorry your shirts didn't cooperate

Just finished reading the posts for the night and before I sign off I just wanted to say to Pooh that Linda said it best.

Just look at it this way, you had such an impact on that persons life that they can't seem to forget you that can be a good thing too, right, and if you want them to forget you then don't react it will get old eventually. What can I say some people are just not worth wasting our time or breath on.

I remember the stress of planning a wedding and then the relief when it was all over with. I also remember the stress of family wanting things their way at my wedding. If you want to hear a good story about pushy family members let me know, it's a real doozy. Now 13 years later it is really funny too.

Otherwise she is doing great my brother called and said she is crawling and grabbing for things she tried grabbing for his beer the other day.

I am getting nervous I may not have a dog sitter and the dog my have to go to a kennel My aunt who usually watches her when we go just had hernia surgery and although she has her staples out the doctor said she should not be walking the dog. She may do it but I dont know.

my day was great... you know that saying when the door closes even the windows were locked thanks to sloman shield... Well... I just got a full trip report from a friend and he had a wonderful time even after Fay and had the best magical beginnings when he and his family got picked to be the family with the 12 Characters at opening hour at MK and due to rain it was canceled and they had their one on one instead with all 12!!! It was the best trip report ever for me... since I nagged him from day one about this trip!!! I am so glad... it's like walking your child to his wedding day.... tears of joy... well anywho... I better get back to packing... shoot i dont even know what I need anymore since I was on about his story... Ok.. thanks for letting me share my joy!!!

Wow I forgot just how much stress a family can put on you over a stupid wedding CRAP I keep telling Mike I told you we should have went to DISNEY to get MARRIED and now of course he agrees!!! Go figure!
