Mojito Monkey Mama's 2 cont'd

WIC, your mind is near as warped as mine. :lmao: Have you ever made spaghetti pie from leftovers? I cannot have it but it sure do bring back good memories. Leftovers are often better than the original.

Ants, what do you mean SG/Linda who?? I am unforgettable and do not forget it! :rotfl2: I just love anything that is fried. Figure the veggies would cancel out the fat and carbs?

Pooh and all, thanks for the birthday congrats. I am having a very good day. The phone has been ringing off the hook, my mailbox was filled to overflowing. I have flowers too. Most amazing of all is the fact that my daughter remembered and called me this morning. Nothing from my son but even in my most positive moments I did think I would be that blessed. Wonder if the fact that this year I only gave cards, nice ones, to my dd and sil made any difference as I have not even got a card or call from them on my birthday in three years, not that I am counting or anything. My EWP Suite ladies have all obeyed orders and not sent expensive things. I am training them young ones up after all these years. :dance3:

I have talked on the phone for hours, even had time to watch "How William Shatner Changed the World". (loved it) and done NO work at all. I am doing what I feel like doing today. Okay, not exactly but close enough. I am now officially 'old' and I have always looked forward to senililty when I can get away with outrageous behavior. Now for the time when it will also be considered cute. Ummm, wonder what age that might be?:rolleyes1

SG/Linda

Warped mind......I'll accept that! :rolleyes1

Sounds like you're having a great birthday SG!

William Shatner changed the world, he did???? :scared: That's just wrong! :rotfl2:

So will anyone else be watching the Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus 3D concert on Disney tomorrow night????? :3dglasses My daughter has been counting down the days, why I don't know...she saw the concert live, then saw the movie when it came out! Husband has to work tomorrow night, so he is sooo relieved that he doesn't need to watch it again, I felt so bad for him at the movie..it was awesome watching him squirm! :lmao:

WIC, it is worse than I thought. You are like me, you are strange AND you are proud of it! :dance3:

What a great dad to accompany a daughter to such an event. She might not appreciate it right now but she will remember it later on in life and know that she is a blessed child.

Ole Bill was his usual tongue in cheek self. It was really about how Star Trek changed the world and showed many folks whose lives were changed from watching the show and the inventions they came up with that changed the world based on ideas they got from the show. I plan to show this to my grandson as I have not been able to get him interested in ST and I love the old shows. :worship:

I am what I am! :rotfl2:

My husband thinks I'm a whack job at times, but he loves me...I think! My daughter thinks I'm a little strange at times too...but hey, I'm just having a good time! Life's too short to be all prudish all the time!

If I'm like you, I'm flattered, thank you for the compliment! :thumbsup2

Yeah Shawn has his moments, he likes to do fun things with Kellie at least once a week...yesterday they went to Chuckie Cheese and saw Journey to the Center of the Earth, last week he took her to a go-cart track! He's got Thursday and Friday off, so those are daddy/daughter days when school's out! I keep telling him, that she's going to remember these days the most, but I don't think he believes me!

I yam what I yam. :lmao: I say that all the time. :thumbsup2

The way I figure it is that if you pretend to be other than what you are if there are folks who like it they are not really liking YOU. I figure that the folks I run off with my wild ways would not be compatible with me anyway and I am too old to change or want to. :lmao:

Your husband probably loves you because you ARE a whack job! Ever think of that?

My poor husband once told me that he thinks that people who smile and laugh look 'retarded'. Boy, did he pick wrong!:confused3

Girls who have strong, loving fathers in their lives are more apt to pick well when they get married and live happily ever after!princess:

Linda,
Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday dear Linda. Happy birthday to you. Annnnnnnd many Moreeeeee. Now how come Crzykid got the privilage of knowing the actual day of your birthday? lol

Timmy,
I didn't get the sunset photo. Bummer. If you still have it I would love it. As for my trip I can not wait. Next Friday we leave. I wanted to go earlier in the year but had to wait till summer break and then there were the snow days so decided against June since the price is less in August and we could go longer then.

Crzy Kid,
I am so excited and it breaks the anticipation of waiting for free dining. Also how did you know when Linda's birthday was? She refused to tell me the date when I asked. lol I will have one dole whip for you but I will share with DS cause those things are huge. Can I send you the calories too. lol

Rei,
Thanks for the link for the photo page on how to take the pics. I go on that board a bit but hadn't checked that one out. The people on that board helped me choose the camera I got actually.

Nancy,
You probably are small enough to fit in my suitcase too but how to get you from Ohio to Ohare is the problem. lol

Now I need to read the next two pages. I go for the day to take DS to the doctor and dentist and here you all are chatting away so I have to catch up now. lol

Ang

I am definately not dumb enuf to open the attachment with it. Thot this would amuse you all. I highlighted the grammatical errors that I saw, probably more. Apparently we are flying somewhere....LOL

We still would like it anyways if you would like to share it. This way we could text you or send pictures. Try to keep you involved as much as possible.

Happy Belated Birthday to SG

MV: No tshirt design neither in PM or email ??

I'm still here and checking in on you, just been fighting some fatigue lately so its easier to read then post.

Howdy there ladies! I had a wonderful birthday. The phone rang off the hook, lots of cards, even got flowers from a very sneaky sister and another one sent me a card and INFORMED me that she is coming over to DW and taking me to the GF tea party, her treat. :thumbsup2 My daughter even took me to see "Mama Mia' yesterday. After not even remembering to call or send a card for three years I am wondering if the fact that I only gave her a card this year, no check, had anything to do with it? :rotfl: I even let her buy me a McD iced tea. I am a very cheap date. BTW, my dd is my good kid. Have not heard a thing from my son in years. Figure I will hear when the kids get big enough to cause them trouble and they need someone to take them in. They have already dumped one. :sad1: My door opens wide enough for children.

I am afraid that I was greatly disappointed in the movie. I had seen the stage play and loved it. While I adore Pierce Bronson and Meryl Streep I really felt that they were miscast and it was distracting as they just did not fit my idea of the characters. JMO You mileage may vary.:confused3

The only way that Crzy or anyone else might have known the actual date of my BD was possibly because of Diva Kristin, who sent me a few dozen BD congrats):rotfl: who told me of a friend who was having a birthday and I think I mentioned that mine was close to hers. I just did not want any of you, very generous, folks doing something silly. :grouphug:

Someone wants pictures of the castle? I have an entire computer file of them.

MV, me thinks that someone has been hanging out on the wrong places on the computer and has gotten involved with some very bad, as well as stupid, folks. Scary thing is that there are actually people who might be fooled by that thing. I hope you blocked that particular address. :scared1: I have not received a darned thing, maybe it all fell out on the way here?:lmao: I have the orange shirt.

Janjandis, you gotta plan better from now on. How dare you not schedule your vacation when we are all going to be there. What do you think a vacation is for? You?????:rotfl2:

I am planning on making dvd's to hand out to my DIS friends. Any suggestions as to what you want. I have menus with pictures, pictures of every nook and cranny, complete parade videos as well as most shows and more things that I cannot think of right now. Please give me hints.

Sorry to hear...hope you had a nice time with your DD anyway... :goodvibes

Good morning ladies! Hope you've had a great weekend so far. Ours has been slam packed, but I've enjoyed it. Friday night was the birthday party for DD's best friend. I helped out a bit since her Mom is my best friend. I also had to do some prep work for DD birthday party (mowing the grass again, trimming, shopping, etc). Saturday morning, up bright and early to finish all the details: cut fruit & veggies, set up tables, pick up the cake & balloons, set up the tent for the face painter, make sure the bounce house (moon walk) got set up in the right place, order pizza, etc. Whew!

Here are a few pictures from our event. As you scroll through them, I'm the adult with the butterfly painted on her face.

The bounce house was a castle, so Evie wanted a castle cake.

I got her the Queen Lucy dress from Prince Caspian and it would appear she did a bad job washing off her face paint.

DH got her a battery powered ATV.

I can PM with the link to FF's photobucket (it is ok with her) but I would prefer not to clog up my PM box, easier to check my email for responses and questions too.

Not me, blame the SO, he is the one that visits all the weird sites. I will be reporting it to the email provider so they can hopefully prevent someone from falling for it.

Shirt logo info sent this just a few minutes ago.

HMMMM...ideas for DVD......think think think...nope..cant come up with a darn thing this early in the morning:lmao: I think you pretty well have it covered. They sound awesomely cool:cloud9:
